Where to track collectible and campaign progress
Forza Horizon 6 separates several kinds of progress. Opening the right page matters because a collectible objective, an achievement and a Festival campaign milestone do not necessarily appear in the same tracker.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteCollection Journal: the main campaign tracker
Open the Collection Journal when you want to follow discoveries, campaign advancement and Discover Japan activity. Playground Games says campaign progress across both Horizon Festival and Discover Japan is tracked there. The Journal is also the place where eligible activity rewards can be redeemed, including cars, credits and cosmetic items.

- DISCOVER JAPAN — Explore Horizon’s largest map ever, set in Japan and packed with dramatic verticality, diverse biomes, and spectacular open‑road driving routes.
- CRUISE ICONIC LOCATIONS — Drive through Tokyo’s city streets, suburbs, docks, and industrial districts in the most expansive urban environment in Horizon history.
- DRIVE 550+ REAL‑WORLD CARS — Collect and customize over 550 licensed vehicles with body kits, Forza Aero, window liveries, and enhanced steering animations.
- BUILD YOUR ESTATE — Purchase beautiful homes across Japan and customize garages to showcase your growing car collection as you rise through the Horizon Festival.
- JOIN THE HORIZON COMMUNITY — Race, cruise, and compete with friends in Time Attack Circuits, Drag Meets, Car Meets, and Horizon multiplayer modes, including Spec Racing Championships.
Discoveries made while exploring contribute to the wider Discover Japan progression represented in the Journal. If you are checking whether a discovery or collectible-related activity has counted, start here rather than in the achievement list.
My Forza: a separate achievement view
My Forza is the separate tracking surface for achievements. An achievement can remain incomplete there even when the related activity is visible in the Collection Journal, and an achievement update is not a substitute for checking a Festival Playlist objective.
Wristbands, Stamps and Horizon Play are different pathways
Playground Games describes three progression pathways: Wristbands, Stamps and Horizon Play. They overlap in the broader campaign but are not interchangeable counters.
- Festival Wristbands: seven Wristbands advance the Horizon Festival campaign.
- Stamps: Stamp progress is tied to Discover Japan activity. Stamps can unlock Barn Find rumors and homes.
- Horizon Play: the third pathway covers the ways players race, explore and compete in multiplayer.
A collectible discovery can therefore contribute to the Collection Journal and Discover Japan progression without adding a Festival Wristband. Conversely, checking Wristband advancement will not tell you whether all of your Journal discoveries are complete.

The target is a location-based Festival Playlist collectible objective, not a request to complete every discovery in Japan. You only need the 20 sandwiches counted for the objective. Other discoveries remain relevant to Collection Journal and Discover Japan progression, but they do not replace these 20 impacts.
Prepare before you start searching
A short preparation check prevents the most common source of wasted driving: hunting in the wrong activity or using an outdated map.
- Confirm that the active Playlist still shows Egging You On and that the target is 20 sandwiches.
- Set your destination or route toward the 7-Eleven Evolving World area named by the objective.
- Keep the Collection Journal available so you can verify broader discovery progress after the run.
- If you use a map or screenshot, make sure it belongs to the active Series 6 rotation. Festival Playlist collectibles and their presentation can change with rotations or patches.
- Decide whether you want a normal online exploration run or the community-reported Horizon Solo/Rewind workaround.
The available guide does not publish a complete text list of all 20 coordinates. Exact sandwich clusters are shown through the active Playlist map or the guide image, so use that visual reference for the final approach rather than relying on an unverified coordinate list copied from an older rotation.
Method 1: collect the sandwiches through normal exploration
Normal exploration is the least complicated method and preserves your ordinary online session. It is the better choice when you want to drive between several clusters, play with others or avoid relying on behavior that has not been guaranteed by the developer.
- Open the current Series 6 Autumn Festival Playlist and select Egging You On so the objective is active and visible.
- Travel to the 7-Eleven Evolving World area specified by the challenge.
- Use the current Playlist map or its image to identify the sandwich clusters. The published material does not provide a complete written coordinate list, so confirm each cluster visually.
- Drive through a sandwich to smash it. Watch the objective counter after each group rather than assuming every object in the wider area belongs to the challenge.
- Continue through the mapped clusters until the counter reaches 20.
- Pause or reopen the Playlist objective to verify completion, then claim any available reward through the game’s normal Playlist interface.
This route favors reliability over repetition. You may spend more time driving, but each sandwich is encountered as part of the current world state and you do not need to leave an online session to test whether a respawn occurred.

Driving tips for a clean count
- Approach a cluster slowly enough to distinguish the sandwich props from nearby scenery.
- After a collision, allow the game a moment to register the impact before moving to the next object.
- Check the counter at the end of each cluster. If it has not moved, revisit the last objects instead of assuming the entire group counted.
- Keep your route within the area named by the objective; a visually similar prop outside the challenge zone may not satisfy it.
Method 2: Horizon Solo and Rewind repetition
A community guide reports that entering Horizon Solo and using Rewind after smashing a sandwich can make that collectible respawn. If the behavior works in your session, you can repeat one location instead of driving to every cluster.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →This is a player-reported workaround, not an official respawn guarantee. The game may change the behavior through a patch, a Playlist rotation or a session-state difference. Treat it as an efficiency option rather than a rule on which completion depends.
- Enter Horizon Solo before starting the repeated run.
- Choose one sandwich location from the current 7-Eleven Evolving World map or guide image.
- Drive into the sandwich and confirm that the Playlist counter increases.
- Use Rewind immediately after the impact, then return to the sandwich’s position.
- Check whether the object has returned and whether another impact advances the counter.
- Repeat only while both the respawn and the objective counter continue to work.
- When the objective reaches 20, return to normal online play if you no longer need the Solo session.
If the sandwich does not reappear, or the counter stops moving, abandon the loop and use the mapped clusters through normal exploration. Do not assume that repeatedly hitting an object that remains visible will create additional credit; the counter is the test that matters.
When the workaround is useful
- Speed: one functioning location can be faster than crossing the map.
- Consistency: a known cluster reduces the chance of missing a sandwich in a crowded area.
- Trade-off: Horizon Solo changes the session context, and Rewind behavior can vary. You may need to return to online play afterward.
How to use the 7-Eleven Evolving World map guidance
The challenge names an area rather than supplying a coordinate table in the available guide. Use the active Playlist map or the guide’s image as a visual route planner.
Read the cluster layout, not just the landmark name
Start with the 7-Eleven Evolving World label, then identify the groups of sandwich icons or photographed props around it. The landmark gives you the search area; the map image supplies the practical driving order. If several clusters are shown, begin with the closest one and work outward so you do not repeatedly cross the same roads.

Account for rotation and patch differences
Festival Playlist content is time-sensitive. A map made for another Series 6 week, a later rotation or a patched game may show a different object state. If an illustrated position is empty, verify that Egging You On is still the active objective and move to the next mapped cluster before concluding that your counter is broken.
Use the counter as the final authority
The visual map tells you where to drive; the Playlist counter tells you whether the game accepted the hit. Count only registered progress. This is especially important when using Rewind, because a prop can look restored without the objective awarding another count.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Troubleshooting when progress does not update
The counter stays at zero
First confirm that Egging You On is active in the Series 6 Autumn Playlist and that you are near the named 7-Eleven Evolving World area. Then revisit a sandwich shown on the current map and make a direct, unmistakable collision. If the counter still does not change, leave the suspected cluster and try another mapped group through normal exploration.
A sandwich disappears but no count appears
Wait briefly and inspect the objective again. If no progress is recorded, treat that impact as uncounted and continue with another confirmed location. Do not use the disappearance of the prop alone as proof of completion.

Rewind stops producing progress
Respawn behavior is not guaranteed. If one or two Rewind attempts fail to increase the counter, stop repeating the loop, return to the current map and finish the remaining sandwiches through normal exploration. The workaround should save time only while it demonstrably works.

The objective seems complete but the reward is missing
Reopen the Playlist objective and verify that all 20 impacts are registered. Then use the game’s normal reward-claim flow. A Collection Journal discovery entry and a Playlist completion are separate records, so checking only the Journal will not confirm the 3 Playlist Points or Forza Link reward.
Online friends cannot see the same state
Horizon Solo and an online session do not necessarily share the same collectible state. Finish the objective in the session where the counter advances, then return to normal online play when you are done with the Solo/Rewind method.
What the rewards mean for wider progression
The three Playlist Points from Egging You On belong to the Festival Playlist’s own reward track. The “Nothin but net!” phrase is a Forza Link reward, so it is distinct from a car, credit payout or cosmetic item redeemed through the Collection Journal.
Your sandwich run can coexist with broader progression, but the systems should be checked separately:
- Use the Playlist objective to verify the 20-sandwich requirement and its 3-point payout.
- Use the reward interface to confirm the “Nothin but net!” Forza Link item.
- Use the Collection Journal to follow campaign and Discover Japan discoveries and redeem Journal-based rewards.
- Use My Forza for achievements.
- Use the relevant Wristband or Stamp view when checking those pathways.
Stamps can unlock Barn Find rumors and homes, while the seven Festival Wristbands advance Horizon Festival campaign progress. Neither system replaces the Egging You On counter.
Which completion method should you choose?
| Factor | Normal exploration | Horizon Solo and Rewind |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | Drive through the mapped sandwich clusters near 7-Eleven Evolving World. | Repeat one location if the sandwich respawns after Rewind. |
| Evidence status | Directly follows the stated Playlist requirement. | Community-reported workaround; no guaranteed official respawn rule. |
| Speed | Usually requires more driving between clusters. | Potentially faster when one location repeatedly registers. |
| Online continuity | Keeps you in your ordinary online session. | Requires Horizon Solo and may require returning to online play afterward. |
| Best fallback | Use when the map is clear or the counter behaves normally. | Switch to normal exploration as soon as respawns or counts stop. |
Choose normal exploration if preserving an online session is more important than shaving driving time. Try Solo/Rewind when the mapped route is inconvenient and you are willing to verify every repeat against the counter.
Completion checklist
- Confirm Egging You On is active in the Series 6 Autumn Festival Playlist.
- Locate the 7-Eleven Evolving World area.
- Use the current Playlist map or guide image for the sandwich clusters.
- Smash 20 sandwiches and verify each count on the objective.
- If using Solo/Rewind, continue only while the respawn and counter both work.
- Confirm the 3 Playlist Points.
- Confirm the “Nothin but net!” Forza Link reward.
- Check the Collection Journal separately for Discover Japan and campaign progress.
- Check My Forza separately if you are pursuing an achievement.
The essential distinction is simple: the Collection Journal tracks campaign and Discover Japan progress, while Egging You On is a Festival Playlist objective with its own counter and rewards. Use the current map to find the 20 targets, and treat Horizon Solo plus Rewind as an optional, community-reported shortcut rather than a guaranteed mechanic.
