To capture a long web page with Nimbus Screenshot, choose Entire page. If you need only one independently scrollable panel inside the page—such as a chat window—choose Capture scroll fragment instead.
Capture an entire long web page
- Open the web page you want to capture, then open the Nimbus Screenshot extension.
- Choose Entire page. Nimbus uses this mode to capture the whole page, including content below the visible browser area. Its general instructions are at Nimbus Screenshot.
- After the capture, follow the action offered by your installed workflow: save the image to disk or open it in the editor. The guide describes editing the capture or finishing without edits.
The precise menu sequence can vary by browser or extension version; Nimbus’s published instructions do not establish one identical click-by-click interface for every installation.

Capture a scrollable panel within a page
Use Capture scroll fragment when the target is an independently scrollable area embedded in the page, rather than the whole document. Examples in Nimbus’s instructions include a chat, service control panel, or Jira task window.

Use Firefox’s built-in alternative
If you are using Firefox and do not need Nimbus’s editor workflow, Firefox documents a browser-native option called Save full page. It is a Firefox feature, not a Nimbus setting. Firefox also distinguishes saving the full page from capturing only the visible area or selecting a region. Follow Mozilla’s Firefox screenshot instructions. Nimbus also lists Entire page in its Edge-specific guide.
