Review the saved image before sharing it: a logged-in page may show balances, folio or scheme details, transactions, and identifying information. If a PDF is acceptable, desktop Chrome can print the page to PDF, though the result may differ from what appeared on screen.
Capture the logged-in page safely
- Go directly to the known official website of the fund house, registrar, or investment platform and sign in as usual. Never include your password, one-time password (OTP), or recovery code in a screenshot.
- Navigate to the statement, transaction, or portfolio page you need. Wait for it to finish loading, then check which personal and financial details are visible.
- Use the built-in screenshot feature on your device to capture just the necessary portion. The exact shortcut depends on your device and operating system; no single shortcut applies to every setup.
- Open the saved image and inspect it. Crop or permanently redact unrelated details before sharing. A redaction drawn as a removable layer or overlay may not conceal the original information in the exported file.
- Store and share the resulting file as carefully as a financial statement. Do not post it publicly or send it to someone you do not trust.
Choose a screenshot or a PDF based on what you need

Save a logged-in page as PDF in desktop Chrome
- Open the required page in Chrome and wait for it to load.
- Open Print with Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or Command+P on Mac.
- In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF and save the file. See Chrome’s keyboard-shortcut help and Chrome’s print instructions.
- Open the PDF and check the pages and visible information before sharing it.
Print output can reflow or omit parts of a dynamic page, so use a screenshot when you need a visual record of the screen itself. These Chrome instructions apply to desktop Chrome; the exact workflow on other browsers and devices can differ.

SEBI describes a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) as a combined statement of monthly transactions across mutual funds and other securities held in demat account(s). AMFI says a CAS can include opening and closing balances, registered email address, nomination status, holding mode, KYC status, ISIN, and UCC. AMFI also says the middle digits of a mobile number are masked and that bank account details and PAN are not included in the CAS. Those CAS details do not guarantee that a particular logged-in website hides the same information. See SEBI’s CAS overview and AMFI’s CAS information.
