In Chrome on a computer, use DevTools’ device toolbar to set a mobile viewport, reload the page, then choose More options → Capture a full size screenshot. Check the resulting image for sticky headers repeated over the page; Chrome’s built-in capture may not handle every fixed element or nested scrolling panel as you want.

Open the website in Chrome on your computer, then open DevTools.

Turn on the device toolbar. Choose a phone preset or enter the mobile viewport dimensions you need. Chrome device mode simulates mobile-device features; it is not a guarantee that the rendering will match a physical phone exactly. Chrome DevTools device mode documentation

Reload the page after setting the viewport. This gives the site a chance to respond to the mobile dimensions; responsive behavior varies by website.

Open the device toolbar’s More options menu and select Capture a full size screenshot. Chrome’s documentation says this captures content beyond the visible viewport: “To capture a screenshot of the whole page including the content that isn’t currently visible in the viewport, select Capture a full size screenshot from the same menu.”

Open the saved image and inspect it from top to bottom. Check whether the sticky header appears repeatedly, covers text, or whether lazy-loaded images or content inside a scrolling panel are missing.
Why sticky headers can repeat or cover content
A normal mobile viewport shows only part of a long page. Elements with position: fixed remain associated with the layout viewport as the page scrolls, as described in Chrome’s explanation of fixed positioning in device mode. In capture workflows that scroll and stitch multiple screenshots, a fixed header can be included at more than one scroll position, producing a repeated header or obscuring page content.

If it repeats or obscures the header, a scrolling-capture extension that explicitly addresses sticky elements is a possible fallback. One extension publisher says its workflow captures the header at the top and hides it during later scrolling; that is the vendor’s description, not an independently verified result. Inspect the exported image rather than assuming the issue is fixed.

Full page versus visible screen: A full-size screenshot is intended to include content outside the visible viewport; a viewport screenshot shows only the current screen.

Nested scrolling: A web app may scroll a panel inside the page instead of scrolling the page itself. Chrome’s full-size screenshot documentation does not promise capture of every inner scroller. A cited extension publisher claims its product can find and capture inner scrolling areas, but that claim is vendor-reported.
