To keep Sanskrit mantra recordings playing in sequence, create a YouTube playlist, add and order the videos, then turn on playlist repeat. This is playlist playback—not a live broadcast—so you do not need streaming software or a stream key. If you mean a creator’s 24/7 live broadcast of prerecorded videos, the setup and music-rights checks are different.
Make a playlist of the mantra recordings you want
- Open a video you want to include. Select More, then Save.
- Choose Create new playlist, enter a recognizable name, and select a visibility setting. A private playlist is visible only to you. See YouTube’s playlist instructions.
- For each additional recording, select Save and choose the playlist you created.
- To change the sequence on a computer, open the playlist and drag videos into the order you want. YouTube also documents playlist reordering controls on mobile.
Choose recordings that fit the session you have in mind, and check that each one is still available to play. A playlist can collect videos, but it cannot make an unavailable video play.

Turn on repeat for the whole playlist
On a computer or mobile device
- Start playing the playlist.
- Open the playlist control box beneath the video and select Loop. YouTube says the playlist will repeat continuously.
- Check the repeat indicator: playlist repeat and single-video repeat are different states. If the control shows a “1,” repeat is set for one video; toggle Loop again to return to repeating the playlist.
On a TV or gaming console
- Open and start the playlist.
- Select Repeat until the control indicates Repeat • Playlist. YouTube documents a separate single-video repeat setting as well.

If playback stops or does not repeat
- It repeats one mantra instead of the playlist: check whether the repeat indicator shows “1,” then toggle Loop to select playlist repeat.
- The next recording does not start: check that it is still in the playlist and available to play.
- The playlist ends: reopen the repeat control and confirm that the playlist—not just one video—is selected.
YouTube’s help describes how to repeat a playlist but does not promise uninterrupted playback in every situation. Do not treat the repeat setting as a guarantee against interruptions.

If you mean a continuous live broadcast
A live broadcast is different from playing a playlist for personal meditation. YouTube lists mobile, webcam, encoder, and console as live-streaming methods. Its current help guidance says a channel must be verified and have had no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days; additional requirements may apply to mobile live streaming. Check YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance before setting up a broadcast.
Check music rights before going live
YouTube scans live streams for matches to third-party content. If it detects such content, it can replace the stream with a placeholder, interrupt it, or terminate it if the content remains. A music license may not prevent interruption unless the rights holder has also allowlisted your channel through Content ID. Archived streams may receive Content ID claims after the broadcast ends. Read YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.

For music you upload yourself, YouTube describes copyright-safe music as public-domain material or music used with the copyright owner’s permission. It recommends the YouTube Audio Library and also identifies original music, Creator Music in certain regions, and properly licensed third-party sources. A “free” label in a video description is not proof that the music is safe to use. The rights for a particular Sanskrit mantra recording cannot be established just because it is available on YouTube.
