You can stream a Telugu movie-clip playlist continuously on YouTube Live with an encoder that can output 2160p at 60 fps and repeat the clips. YouTube’s recommended H.264 bitrate for 2160p60 is 35 Mbps. But technical capability is only half the job: you must have rights for every clip, the music and other audio, the territories and the full broadcast period. A licence alone may not prevent an interruption if the rights holder has not allowlisted your channel in Content ID.
Before you set up: clear the clips for a live broadcast
Do not assume that a short excerpt, a compilation, a credit line or a clip you can watch elsewhere is cleared for continuous live use. Confirm permission for each video and its audio, including any music, across the territories where the stream will be available and for the entire licence period. YouTube’s livestream terms require the broadcaster to have the necessary rights for the live content on Google services worldwide, including applicable music rights.

YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A detected match can replace the stream with a placeholder and lead to a warning, interruption, termination or a strike. Ask the rights holder to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist: YouTube says a stream can still be interrupted even when you have licensed the content if your channel is not allowlisted. Obtain and keep written confirmation of the permission and allowlisting before scheduling the broadcast. A checklist can help you organise that review, but it cannot grant rights: StreamNeo’s copyright safety checklist.

YouTube’s reused-content policy covers clips and compilations; having permission to use footage does not by itself establish that a channel or stream qualifies for monetization.

Choose a playback and encoding setup
YouTube supports encoder-based live streaming using software or a standalone hardware encoder. For a continuous prerecorded playlist, choose an encoder whose current documentation explicitly supports repeating or scheduling your clips, 2160p60 output, your chosen codec and bitrate, RTMPS or RTMP, and unattended operation. The YouTube guidance cited here does not endorse a particular playlist or automation application, so verify those playback features with the encoder maker rather than assuming every encoder can loop files.
Plan how you will record a local copy and recover from an interruption before you go live. Test the complete playlist and audio, not just a short sample file, and confirm that the encoder can run the intended sequence without someone having to restart playback manually.

Set YouTube’s 4K 60fps live parameters
YouTube Help’s live-encoding table, checked in 2026, gives these 2160p60 targets. The H.264 figure is the recommended bitrate; the AV1/H.265 figures are a range, not a single recommendation.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute| Setting | 2160p60 guidance |
|---|---|
| Resolution and frame rate | 2160p (4K), up to 60 fps |
| H.264 video bitrate | 35 Mbps recommended |
| AV1 or H.265 video bitrate | 10–40 Mbps range |
| Rate control | CBR |
| Keyframe interval | 2 seconds; do not exceed 4 seconds |
| Ingest protocol | RTMP or RTMPS |
| Latency | Normal latency; YouTube’s low-latency option is unavailable at 4K |
Use the bitrate for the codec you actually select, and check that your encoder and connection can sustain it during representative motion and audio. YouTube transcodes the incoming live feed into formats for viewers’ devices and network conditions; viewers do not all receive the original 4K60 feed. Run a private or unlisted test, inspect stream health in Live Control Room, and correct warnings before making the broadcast public.

Enable YouTube Live and connect the encoder
- Enable live streaming: in YouTube Studio, start the live-streaming activation process for your channel. First-time enablement can take up to 24 hours, so do this well before the planned start.
- Create the broadcast: open Live Control Room and create or schedule a stream. Set the title, audience and visibility deliberately; check the channel’s live-stream status and any applicable restrictions.
- Get the ingest details: copy the stream URL and stream key shown for the broadcast into the encoder’s YouTube destination settings. Select RTMPS if your encoder supports it; RTMP is also supported.
- Protect the key: treat the stream key like a password. Do not put it in public screenshots, a playlist file, shared notes or a public stream description. If it is exposed, replace it in YouTube and update the encoder.
- Configure the playlist: in the encoder, load only the clips you have cleared, set the playlist to repeat as needed, and verify that the selected playback method is designed for unattended looping. Follow that encoder’s current instructions for file order, transitions and audio handling.
- Run a full test: start the encoder against a private or unlisted test stream. Check 2160p60 output, the chosen codec and bitrate, audio levels, playlist order, loop behaviour, stream health and local recording. Confirm that the upload connection remains stable while the encoder is sending the full-rate stream.
- Go public and monitor: start the scheduled broadcast only after the rights, test and stream-health checks pass. Keep an eye on Live Control Room and the encoder for connection or content warnings; have a plan to stop the broadcast promptly if a rights match or other restriction appears.
Plan continuity and archiving separately
A continuous stream is not a guarantee of a complete YouTube archive. YouTube says it can automatically archive 1440p and 2160p streams, but streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. Keep a local recording and divide a long-running broadcast into deliberate segments instead of relying on a single very long YouTube archive. Confirm that the encoder has enough local storage and that recording is enabled before the stream begins.
Do not treat automatic YouTube archiving as your only copy, and do not assume that a restarted or segmented live stream will create one uninterrupted recording. Decide in advance how you will preserve the local files and check that the recording actually contains video and audio.
