How to start the GTA Online Halloween event
Enter GTA Online and take part in the activity listed in the current Weekly Challenge. Rockstar’s October 1, 2026 announcement describes a month of Halloween activities and weekly objectives, not a one-time event activation or a platform-specific menu route. The first challenge runs October 1–7: secure two Bail Office Bounties.

When do the rewards arrive?
The 2026 announcement explicitly gives a delivery window of up to 72 hours for the extra GTA$2,000,000 earned by completing all five challenges. It does not specify a separate delivery time for each weekly cosmetic or cash reward. Rockstar Support’s guidance that weekly rewards were immediate applied to the 2025 Vinewood Undead Collection, so it should not be treated as a guarantee for the 2026 event. Rockstar Support’s 2025 reward instructions describe that prior event only.
