PyTorch Conference Europe 2026 was an in-person event held on 7–8 April 2026 at Station F in Paris. The event has now passed, and its official sponsorship page says 2026 opportunities are closed. The figures below are therefore a historical record and a planning reference for companies evaluating the next edition—not a current offer.
2026 event status
The 2026 conference took place at Station F, 5 Parvis Alan Turin, 75013 Paris, France, on 7–8 April 2026. The official sponsor page records the event as completed and sponsorship opportunities as closed. A future PyTorch Conference Europe will have its own prospectus, inventory and deadlines.
Published sponsorship levels
The 2026 prospectus listed six sponsorship levels. It published prices from $4,000 to $50,000, but the price alone does not establish audience reach, leads or return on investment; the official materials provide no measured attendance, conversion or sponsor-ROI statistic.
| Published price | What can be concluded |
|---|---|
| $50,000 | One of the six 2026 sponsorship levels in the prospectus |
| $35,000 | One of the six 2026 sponsorship levels in the prospectus |
| $18,000 | One of the six 2026 sponsorship levels in the prospectus |
| $8,000 | One of the six 2026 sponsorship levels in the prospectus |
| $4,000 | One of the six 2026 sponsorship levels in the prospectus |
| $4,000 | A second level at the same published price |
These are published 2026 figures from the PyTorch Conference Europe 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus. Benefits varied by level, so a company considering a later event should compare the new prospectus for passes, booth or placement rights, speaking access, lead retrieval and recognition.

Booth, shipping and venue rules
- The sponsor guide limited pop-up banners to a 6 ft × 6 ft (1.8 m × 1.8 m) space.
- Sponsorship level determined booth location, and contracts received earlier influenced placement.
- No onsite sponsor storage was available.
- Exhibits and materials had to be coordinated through the event logistics provider and sent via the advance-warehouse process rather than directly to the venue.
- The guide gave schedules in Central European Standard Time and warned that timings could change.
Read the complete Sponsor Guide before planning a future booth. A retractable banner can be practical for a similar event, but its dimensions and the next venue’s display rules should be checked before purchase.
Lead retrieval and attendee consent
Eligible Diamond, Gold and Silver sponsors could choose physical lead-retrieval device(s), a mobile app running on the sponsor’s own device, or no lead retrieval. Badge scans were allowed only inside the sponsor’s booth, and attendees had to give verbal consent before a scan. Lead reports described selected attendee information; phone numbers were not included by default. Confirm the next event’s privacy terms and data fields rather than assuming the 2026 setup will carry forward.

Speaking opportunities
- Diamond sponsors received a keynote or breakout-session opportunity.
- Gold sponsors received a breakout-session opportunity.
- All proposed sessions required program approval.
- Sales and marketing pitches were prohibited.
- Multi-speaker sessions had to include at least one woman or gender non-conforming participant.
How to evaluate the next edition
- Obtain the current PyTorch Conference Europe prospectus and confirm that sponsorship is open.
- Compare each level’s included passes, booth or placement benefits, speaking access, lead-retrieval option and recognition.
- Price any add-ons separately and verify whether the inventory is exclusive, limited or unlimited.
- Check venue dimensions, setup windows, shipping instructions, storage limitations and data-consent requirements.
- Ask the organizer for the current contract deadline, payment terms, cancellation rules and inventory confirmation before committing.
Because the 2026 event is over, the organizer’s current prospectus—not the historical prices above—controls any future sponsorship decision.
