There is no published, authoritative formula proving that one universal layout, item value or enchantment is always best. Treat the live caravan preview and reward display as the final authority, and optimize around the order’s requested types and the space you can actually fit.

What the Pharoway Caravan puzzle asks you to do
Pharoway Caravan was introduced in Shop Titans version 26.10.0. The official October 2, 2026 release notes describe the central mechanic plainly: “Stahl’s caravan only has limited space, so you’ll need to place, rotate and stack items to make use of what’s available!” In practice, you select goods from your inventory and arrange them inside the displayed caravan area before selling the load.

The wanted-goods list is the most important part of each order. Putting requested item types into the load grants bonus Gold and Vouchers. Capsule Computers’ October 9, 2026 coverage also reports reward multipliers for lining up two or three wanted types. That report is useful practical guidance, but it is not a published scoring specification, so use the reward preview in your own event as the deciding check.

Check the event’s timing and unlock requirement
The October 2026 launch announcement said the event would run for five days, beginning October 8, with the Caravan Store remaining open for 24 hours after the event ended. Those dates describe that launch run, not a guaranteed recurring calendar. Future caravans may use different dates or durations.
Capsule Computers reported a level 20 unlock requirement and daily caravan changes during the five-day run. Confirm both the level gate and the active order in your current game, because live-service events can change between releases.
Vouchers are temporary event currency. They can be spent on Silver Emblems in the Caravan Store, which empower the Shop Banner. The release notes state that Vouchers do not carry over to a future event. Before the store timer expires, open the store, review the available purchases and spend the balance you intend to use.

Prepare before placing the first item
1. Read the wanted-goods list
Do not begin by grabbing the most expensive item in your inventory. First identify every item type the current caravan requests. Write down or mentally group the list by type, then inspect which matching goods you actually own.
Requested types should be your first packing priority because they affect bonus Gold and Vouchers. An unrelated item can still be useful as filler if it fits, but it should not displace a wanted item that you can place successfully.
2. Separate candidates by fit
For each wanted type, look for pieces with shapes that can fit the available footprint. A high-value item that leaves unusable gaps may produce less practical value than a slightly less valuable requested item that fits cleanly. The game’s placement preview provides immediate visual feedback, so use it instead of assuming that item value alone determines the result.

3. Keep alternatives available
Do not commit every candidate to a single attempt. Keep at least one backup item for a requested type when your inventory allows it. This lets you replace a piece that blocks a better arrangement without abandoning the whole load.
Step-by-step loading workflow
- Open the active caravan order. Confirm the wanted item icons, the remaining event time and the available caravan area before selecting goods.
- Place one item from each wanted type. Start with the requested categories rather than filling the easiest empty spaces. This establishes whether the order’s key items can coexist in the available footprint.
- Rotate pieces while watching the preview. Test horizontal and vertical orientations wherever the interface permits it. A rotation that exposes a narrow edge or changes the occupied cells can turn an invalid placement into a valid one.
- Try grouping compatible pieces. If the current game rules allow items to share a stack, test that arrangement before consuming another block of floor space. Community launch-week reports say three items can share a stack when item type, quality and enchant match; verify those conditions in your own interface because this is not stated as a universal rule in the official release notes.
- Fill remaining gaps with useful goods. After wanted types are represented, add unrelated items only where they fit without forcing out a requested item or creating large unusable gaps.
- Read the reward preview. Check the Gold, XP and Voucher values shown before confirming the sale. If a rearrangement changes the reward or lets you add another wanted type, compare the two previews rather than relying on a guessed formula.
- Confirm the sale. Once the load is valid and the reward is acceptable, complete the caravan sale. If the button remains unavailable, remove the last item added and rebuild from the previous valid arrangement.
How to use limited space efficiently
Place awkward shapes before easy fillers
Large or irregular goods are difficult to fit after the caravan is mostly full. Put those pieces down first, then use compact items to close the remaining gaps. This is the same principle used in other packing puzzles: reserve flexible space for the least flexible shapes.
Rotate every borderline placement
An item that appears too wide in its default orientation may fit after a quarter-turn. Test rotations before discarding a wanted item. Placement feedback is visual and immediate according to the October event coverage; use the highlighted valid or invalid state as your measurement rather than estimating from the icon.
Build around connected open areas
Try to leave one or two connected spaces while you place large goods. Filling isolated corners early can prevent a long item from fitting later, even when the total empty area would appear sufficient. Compact fillers are better choices for corners and narrow gaps.
Test stacks before sacrificing a wanted type
Stacking can preserve floor area, but it is not safe to assume that any two items may occupy the same stack. The community observation about three-item stacks specifies matching type, quality and enchant. If one of those attributes differs, the game may reject the stack or treat it differently. Use the live placement response and reward preview to verify the result.

Do not chase an imaginary universal “best item”
The available evidence does not establish a guaranteed ranking based on price, quality, enchantment or item size. A larger-value good is not automatically the best choice if it blocks two wanted types. Optimize the combination that satisfies the current request and produces the strongest displayed reward for the space available.
Prioritize wanted types and reward multipliers
A practical priority order is:
- Include as many wanted types as you can fit. This is the official route to bonus Gold and Vouchers.
- Look for a two-type combination. October 2026 event coverage reports a multiplier when two wanted types are lined up.
- Test a three-type combination. The same coverage reports a larger multiplier for three wanted types when the load can accommodate them.
- Use leftover space for ordinary goods. Add fillers only after the wanted-type combinations are secured.
The word “multiplier” should not be read as a fixed number for every future caravan. Kabam’s notes confirm bonus rewards for wanted items, while the secondary event report describes the two- and three-type behavior. Because a complete official formula was not published, compare the actual Gold and Voucher preview for each candidate load.
A decision table for comparing two possible loads
When two arrangements both fit, compare them in this order:

Managing the five-day event without wasting vouchers
During the announced October 2026 run, daily caravan changes meant that an order worth skipping or reworking on one day could be replaced by a different request later in the run. Check the in-game timer each time you log in instead of assuming that the same wanted list remains active.
Do not hold Vouchers for a future event. The official release notes say they expire between events. The Caravan Store’s extra 24-hour window after the event is useful for spending, but it is still a deadline. Set a reminder from the timer shown in your client, then purchase the Silver Emblems or other available items you want before the store closes.

The sale button is unavailable
First remove the most recently added item and see whether the previous arrangement becomes valid. An item may be outside the permitted area, overlapping incorrectly or using a stack the current rules reject. Rebuild from the last valid state, then add pieces one at a time.
An item appears in inventory but cannot be used
Check whether the item is locked. Kabam’s Help Center explains that a locked item may be unavailable for sale or rack placement. Unlock it through the normal inventory controls only if you are certain you want to make it available; do not delete or alter an item merely because it is missing from the caravan picker.
The item is available for normal crafting but not for the caravan
The Help Center separates inventory use from crafting and blueprint discovery: crafting uses the Craft button and Craft Progress chains. Those instructions do not describe caravan scoring or prove that a craftable item is eligible for a specific order. Return to the caravan’s own item picker and use only goods it marks as placeable.
The reward seems lower than expected
Check the number of distinct wanted types, not just the number of items. A load containing several copies of one requested type may not provide the same benefit as a load covering two or three requested types. Then test a rotation or stack that makes room for another wanted category. Finally, trust the live reward preview over community estimates.
The event or store timer differs from an old guide
Event dates are not permanent. The five-day schedule and 24-hour store period were announced for the October 2026 launch run. Use the timer in the current version of Shop Titans and the latest release notes instead of an archived calendar.

Community tips and external optimizers
Launch-week discussions contain two potentially useful observations: a reported 24-hour loading window before the next caravan order, and the three-item stack condition requiring matching item type, quality and enchant. These are player reports, not guarantees. Verify each behavior in the version you are playing, particularly after a balance update.

The in-game placement response and reward preview always take precedence.
What is and is not known about the scoring formula
The official material establishes the event’s actions and currencies: place, rotate and stack items; sell the completed load; receive Gold, XP and Vouchers; and gain bonus Gold and Vouchers from wanted items. It does not publish a complete equation that converts item price, quality, enchantment, occupied space and wanted-type combinations into a final score.
That limitation changes how you should optimize:
- Use the wanted list as a hard priority.
- Use rotations and accepted stacks to create room.
- Compare the reward preview for competing layouts.
- Do not assume that a particular item tier, enchantment or stack count is always optimal.
- Record successful arrangements in your own current version if you want a repeatable personal reference.
A layout that is excellent for one caravan can be poor for the next because the requested types and available space change. The best defensible method is therefore adaptive rather than a memorized universal pattern.
A compact checklist before every sale
- Have you read every wanted item type in the current order?
- Are the wanted types placed before unrelated fillers?
- Did you rotate awkward pieces in both available orientations?
- Did you test a permitted stack without assuming all duplicates are stackable?
- Did you leave enough connected space for large or irregular goods?
- Did you compare the displayed Gold, XP and Voucher reward with another viable layout?
- Is the event or Caravan Store timer close enough that you should sell or spend now?
- Are any apparently missing items locked or reserved for another inventory function?
Bottom line for efficient caravan solving
Start with the wanted list, fit those categories first, rotate before discarding a piece, and use stacking only when the current game accepts the combination. Aim to cover two or three wanted types when the preview shows a better reward, then use leftover space for fillers. Because Kabam has not published a complete scoring formula, the reward preview in your live client—not a universal layout, an item-price ranking or an unofficial calculator—should decide which valid load you sell.
