Samsung’s instructions note that labels and screens can vary by Galaxy model and software version.
Create a shared calendar and invite people

Open the Calendar app and tap Menu. Depending on the version, this control may be labelled More.

Tap Settings, then Manage calendars.

Under the Samsung account section, tap Create shared calendar.

Enter a calendar name and choose a color if that option appears, then tap Create.

On the invitation screen, select contacts, add Samsung accounts, or use a shareable invitation link if those options are available. Tap Invite and confirm if prompted.
Samsung’s India instructions say the person creating the calendar must be signed in to a Samsung account. They describe a link that can be shared with “anyone to join,” but do not establish whether every recipient can join without an account or whether that option is available in every region and software version. Check the options shown on your device.

Add events to the shared calendar
Create an event in Calendar, select the shared calendar in the calendar selector, and save it. Only events saved to that calendar are part of its shared schedule, so check the selected calendar before saving. Samsung India’s shared-calendar instructions and Samsung UK’s event-management guidance describe this workflow.

Choose the right way to share

Share a single event
Samsung Singapore describes opening Calendar, long-pressing the event, tapping Share, and choosing to send it as a calendar file or text. Menu names can differ by device and software version. This transfers an event; it does not provide ongoing access to a shared calendar.

Sync a Google Calendar with Samsung Calendar
To sync, make sure Calendar is enabled in the Google account’s sync settings, then sync the account. When creating an event in Samsung Calendar, choose the Google account calendar if you want the event stored there. Follow Samsung India’s Google Calendar sync instructions for the relevant settings on your device. Samsung warns that incorrectly configured sync can delete events saved on the phone or in the Google account; do not treat sync as an automatic, risk-free merge.

Confirm you are signed in to a Samsung account before trying to create the shared calendar.

Look for More if you do not see Menu; Samsung says menu names and screens vary by model and software version.

If you cannot find Create shared calendar, the option may not be available in the same location or form on your device. Check Samsung support guidance for your model and region rather than assuming all Galaxy devices have identical menus.

If another person cannot see an event, verify that it was saved to the shared calendar and that the person has been invited or joined through an available invitation option.
Samsung’s Canada Calendar guidance also notes that screens and features can vary by device.
