Troubleshooting without risking the unit
The unit does not power on
Check the manual first for the specified battery or power source and the correct startup control. Because the public announcements do not identify those requirements, do not insert a guessed battery type or use an adapter based on another device’s instructions. If the documented power setup is correct and the unit still does not respond, stop and use the seller or manufacturer support route rather than opening the housing.
A cartridge does not play
