Your job is to complete the model-specific setup, choose suitable app settings, monitor consumables, and clean parts when the E35 guide calls for it.
Use the official Anker eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E35 User Guide (T210M) and E35-specific quick-start and accessory-maintenance videos for the exact assembly, station placement, first-fill, first-run, and manual-cleaning procedures. The support pages identify those resources, but do not publish a complete installation sequence or a universal cleaning timetable in the accessible text, so instructions from another Omni model should not be substituted.

What the E35 station does automatically
The E35 combines a floor-cleaning robot with a multifunction station. eufy describes the roller as a HydroJet self-cleaning mop: during mopping, the roller is cleaned as part of the system’s operation. When the robot returns, eufy says the station washes the mop with hot water and dries it with hot air. The US product description also says the dock self-empties, refills, and drains. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance measurements.

| Roller cleaning while mopping | The HydroJet roller cleans itself during mopping. | Follow the E35 maintenance instructions for inspecting and manually cleaning the roller and related parts. |
| Mop washing | The station washes the mop with hot water. | Keep the station and tanks maintained according to the T210M guide. |
| Mop drying | The station dries the mop with hot air. | Check the roller and station if the app or the guide indicates a maintenance issue. |
| Dust collection | The dock is described as self-emptying. | Replace the dust bag when the app reports that it is full. |
| Clean-water supply and wastewater handling | The station is described as refilling and draining. | Monitor the clean-water and wastewater system during routine use; no owner cleaning interval for these components is stated in the accessible E35 support text. |
“Self-cleaning” therefore means reduced routine work, not a maintenance-free appliance. Hair, dust, residue and full consumables still require attention.

Identify the correct E35 instructions before assembling anything
Use the T210M guide
eufy Support lists the E35 user guide under the model designation T210M. Start there rather than searching for a generic Omni manual. The guide is the authority for the station’s assembly, placement, tank handling, first fill, first run and part-removal steps.
Use the E35-specific videos
The same official support listing includes an E35 unboxing and quick-start video and a separate E35 accessory-cleaning and maintenance video. These can clarify the physical sequence when the written guide is difficult to follow. They are model-specific resources; do not import a tray, roller or tank procedure from an E25, E28, X10 or another Omni model.
Check the model label
Before opening replacement parts or following a video, confirm that the robot and station are identified as Eufy Omni E35/T210M. Similar-looking stations can use different roller assemblies, filters, tanks or dust-bag fittings.

Set up the E35 without guessing at the sequence
The official page confirms the existence of the setup resources but does not expose their detailed text. The safest setup is therefore a controlled, model-specific process rather than a reconstructed one from memory.

- Collect the E35 materials. Keep the robot, station, supplied accessories and packaging together. Locate the T210M user guide and the E35 quick-start video before installing parts.
- Read the station-placement section first. Place the dock exactly as shown in the T210M instructions. Do not assume that clearance, floor-level or wall-position requirements from another Omni model apply to the E35.
- Complete the physical assembly in the guide’s order. Install only the parts identified for the E35. If a component’s orientation or attachment point is unclear, stop and use the E35 video instead of forcing it.
- Prepare water and tanks as directed. Follow the T210M instructions for the initial clean-water fill and wastewater setup. The accessible support text does not provide a universal fill sequence, so do not use an improvised one.
- Connect the robot and station as shown. Finish the guide’s charging and station-connection steps before starting a cleaning run.
- Pair and configure the app. Once the E35 is connected, open its cleaning controls and confirm that suction, water level, scheduling, Do Not Disturb, Child Lock and Carpet Boost options are visible.
- Run the first cycle according to the guide. Use the E35 first-run instructions. Observe the robot’s return to the station and the station’s wash and drying operation before relying on unattended schedules.
First-run checks that confirm the system is ready
These checks do not replace the T210M procedure; they help you notice an incomplete setup early.
- The robot returns to and docks at the E35 station without repeated repositioning.
- The app shows the E35 and exposes the documented cleaning controls.
- The station begins its documented mop-washing or drying operation after a completed mopping cycle.
- The clean-water and wastewater status behaves as described in the guide.
- No part is loose, rubbing, leaking or visibly misaligned.
- The station remains on a stable surface and the robot can approach it without an obstruction.
If any check fails, stop the cycle and consult the T210M guide or E35 maintenance video. Avoid borrowing a troubleshooting sequence from another model.
Choose suction and water settings in the E35 app
eufy’s E35 app support article documents three suction choices and an adjustable water level. The following defaults are eufy recommendations, not independent test results.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute| Control | Available choice or guidance | When eufy describes it as useful |
|---|---|---|
| Suction: Quiet | Lower-noise routine mode | Routine daily cleaning |
| Suction: Turbo | Higher suction | Carpets or moderate debris |
| Suction: Max | Highest listed suction option | Heavier debris |
| Water level: Low | Less water delivered to the mop | Can reduce visible marks on dark-colored floors |
| Water level: Medium | Middle water setting | Suggested for daily cleaning |
| Carpet Boost | Automatic carpet-focused boost control | Use when cleaning carpet, as appropriate for your mapped rooms |
A practical starting profile
For ordinary daily cleaning, start with Quiet suction and Medium water. If dark flooring shows visible marks, try Low water. Select Turbo for carpets or moderate debris and Max when heavier debris requires it. Enable Carpet Boost for carpeted areas. Watch how your own floors respond and change one setting at a time.

Scheduling and household controls
The app also provides scheduled cleaning, Do Not Disturb and Child Lock. Set a schedule only after the first-run checks are successful. Do Not Disturb can prevent unwanted operation during chosen periods, while Child Lock helps prevent accidental changes from the robot’s controls or app environment. The exact menu names and placement can change with app updates, so use the current E35 screen labels.
What to monitor during normal use
Dust-bag status
The app notifies you when the dust bag is full. eufy says an average household typically replaces the bag every 2–3 months. That is a qualified estimate, not a fixed service interval: pets, floor area, debris levels and cleaning frequency can shorten or extend it.
Clean-water and wastewater handling
Because eufy describes the station as refilling and draining, include the clean-water and wastewater system in your routine visual checks. Look for the status shown in the app and for any alert or unusual residue. The accessible E35 support material does not state how often an owner must clean those components, so follow the T210M guide rather than applying a weekly or monthly interval from another appliance.

Mop and station behavior
After a mopping run, allow the station’s documented washing and hot-air drying cycle to complete. If the roller remains visibly soiled, damp beyond the period described by the guide, or associated with an app alert, use the E35 accessory-maintenance instructions before starting another long schedule.

Replace the dust bag when the app reports it is full
- Confirm the full-bag notification in the E35 app.
- Pause or finish the current cleaning cycle as directed by the T210M guide.
- Open the station’s dust-collection compartment using the E35 procedure.
- Remove and dispose of the full bag without shaking dust back into the station.
- Install a replacement bag that is identified as compatible with the E35/T210M station.
- Close the compartment fully and check that the app no longer reports a full bag.
The exact compartment release and bag-fitting method should come from the T210M guide or E35 maintenance video. Do not force a bag that does not seat correctly.
Clean the roller, tray and other accessories using E35 instructions
eufy’s support listing includes a dedicated E35 accessory-maintenance video, and the T210M guide is the correct reference for removing and cleaning the station tray, tanks, mop roller and other parts. The accessible E35 pages do not publish a complete interval or step-by-step procedure, so this article does not assign one.
When to consult the maintenance procedure
- The app displays a maintenance or obstruction alert.
- The roller has visible hair, fibers or residue.
- The station tray or water path has visible buildup.
- The mop-washing or drying result changes noticeably from normal operation.
- A filter, brush, roller or tank component needs replacement.
What not to assume
Do not assume that every part is washable, that hot water can be added manually, or that a cleaning chemical is suitable simply because it is sold for another robot. Use only the handling, drying and reinstallation directions specified for the E35.
Use only E35-compatible cleaner and replacement parts
Floor cleaner
eufy’s US E35 product page lists a ready-to-use 473 ml floor cleaner as compatible with the E35. Compatibility is model- and region-specific; verify the current E35 listing before adding any cleaner. The listing does not make the cleaner mandatory for operation.

Accessory kit
eufy’s UK E35 page lists an accessory kit containing a roller brush, brush guard, three dust bags, side brushes, a water-tank filter, two roller mops and a filter. UK contents and availability may differ from those in the US or other regions, and listings can change. Match every part to E35/T210M before purchase.
| Item | Evidence-supported E35 information | Buying check |
|---|---|---|
| Dust bags | Replace when the app reports full; average household estimate is 2–3 months. | Confirm E35/T210M fit. |
| Floor cleaner | eufy lists a ready-to-use 473 ml compatible cleaner in the US. | Check regional listing and current compatibility. |
| Accessory kit | UK listing includes roller brush, brush guard, three dust bags, side brushes, water-tank filter, two roller mops and a filter. | Verify country, contents and E35 fit before ordering. |
Maintenance schedule: what is established and what is not
| Task | Manufacturer-supported timing | How to act |
|---|---|---|
| Dust bag | When the app says it is full; eufy estimates 2–3 months for an average household. | Replace the bag and confirm the alert clears. |
| Mop washing and drying | Handled by the station as part of its documented operation. | Allow the cycle to run; consult the guide if it does not. |
| Clean-water and wastewater components | No owner cleaning interval stated in the accessible E35 support text. | Monitor routinely and use the T210M maintenance directions. |
| Tray, tanks, roller and other accessories | No complete interval exposed in the accessible E35 pages. | Use the E35-specific maintenance video and T210M guide. |
| Filters, brushes and replacement rollers | Replacement timing is not stated in the supplied E35 support material. | Inspect for wear or alerts and verify compatibility before replacement. |
This distinction matters: a station can automate a task without eliminating inspection. Where eufy has not published an interval in the accessible E35 material, use the model-specific guide and the app’s alerts rather than inventing a calendar.
Troubleshoot by separating automation from owner maintenance
| Symptom | First action | Use the E35 guide when |
|---|---|---|
| The app says the dust bag is full | Replace the bag with an E35-compatible one. | The alert remains after correct replacement or the compartment will not close. |
| The mop is still dirty after a station cycle | Let the documented wash and dry cycle finish, then inspect the roller. | The roller, tray or water path requires removal and cleaning. |
| The station does not appear to refill or drain | Check the app status and the clean-water/wastewater condition shown in the T210M instructions. | The guide’s tank or connection checks do not resolve it. |
| A replacement part does not fit | Stop and verify E35/T210M compatibility and regional kit contents. | The part is listed for another Omni model or the fit remains uncertain. |
| Dark floors show marks | Try the app’s Low water setting. | Marks persist or the guide identifies a roller or tray-cleaning requirement. |
| Carpet cleaning is weak | Use Turbo or Max as appropriate and enable Carpet Boost. | The app control is unavailable or the robot reports a hardware alert. |
Practices that keep the station dependable
- Keep the T210M guide available instead of relying on instructions for a visually similar Omni station.
- Use the app’s full-bag notification as the replacement trigger, while treating the 2–3 month figure only as an average-household estimate.
- Allow hot-water washing and hot-air drying to complete before judging the mop’s condition.
- Inspect the roller, tray and tanks when alerts, visible residue or changed performance indicate that manual care is needed.
- Verify region and model compatibility for cleaner, dust bags, filters, brushes and roller assemblies.
- Record the date of each dust-bag change and any part replacement; this helps you recognize your household’s actual consumption without turning an estimate into a rule.
Key answers for E35 owners
Does “self-cleaning” mean I never clean the mop?
No. eufy describes automatic roller cleaning, station washing and hot-air drying, but the roller, tray, tanks and accessories still have model-specific manual-care instructions.
How often will I replace the dust bag?
eufy says an average household typically reaches a full bag in 2–3 months, and the app provides the actual full-bag notification. Your interval can differ with usage.
Where are the exact setup steps?
Use the official E35 T210M user guide and the E35 unboxing and quick-start video. The accessible support listing confirms those resources but does not reproduce their complete sequence.
Which app settings should I start with?
eufy recommends Quiet suction with Medium water for daily cleaning, Low water when dark floors show marks, and Turbo, Max or Carpet Boost for the situations described in the app guidance.
