You can loop Telugu movie songs on YouTube Live at 4K 60fps, but only if you have permission to stream every song and any film footage you include. YouTube scans live broadcasts for third-party content and may warn you, replace the stream image, interrupt the broadcast, or terminate it. A purchased track, a public playlist, or a credit in the description does not by itself grant streaming rights.
1. Clear the songs and visuals before configuring the stream
Confirm that your permissions cover the actual use: a public YouTube livestream, the territories where viewers may watch, and any archive you plan to keep. Song rights can involve both the musical composition and the sound recording; film clips or other visuals may require separate audiovisual rights. The applicable rights and terms depend on each work and its rights holders, so do not assume permission for one component covers the others.

YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions place responsibility on the provider to have the necessary worldwide rights, including music rights. YouTube also scans live streams for third-party content. A match can lead to a warning, a placeholder image, interruption, or termination if the material continues (YouTube Help: Copyright issues with live streams).
If you have permission to use third-party music, coordinate with the label or distributor and ask whether your channel must be allowlisted through Content ID. YouTube notes that even licensed material can interrupt a live stream if the rights holder has not allowlisted the channel. YouTube for Artists recommends coordinating with the label or distributor to avoid issues such as copyright strikes (Going live for music channels). Keep written permission and any confirmation of allowlisting available. Neither is a substitute for checking the license terms.

2. Check that your channel can livestream
Before preparing the encoder, verify the channel’s eligibility in YouTube Studio. YouTube’s current live-streaming guidance says a channel must be verified, must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days, and the creator must be at least 16 years old. Review the eligibility and setup details in Get started with live streaming. Account status and access can vary, so confirm what YouTube Studio shows for your channel.
3. Create an encoder-based live stream
- Open YouTube Studio and select Create > Go Live.
- Choose an encoder-based stream, then create or schedule the broadcast and set its visibility and other stream details.
- In the stream settings, copy the YouTube stream URL and stream key into the corresponding fields in your encoder. Treat the stream key like a password: anyone who obtains it may be able to send video to your channel. Do not publish it or include it in screenshots.
- Keep the YouTube Live Control Room open so you can check the incoming signal and stream health before and during the broadcast.
For current stream settings and controls, see Manage live stream settings. The labels and available options can change, so follow the current interface shown for your account.

4. Prepare a continuous, authorized playlist
Make a playlist or media source containing only material you are authorized to livestream. Set your chosen encoder to repeat the source or playlist so it continues after the last item. YouTube documents how an encoder connects to a stream, but the exact repeat control depends on the encoder application; consult that application’s current documentation rather than relying on generic menu instructions.

5. Set the encoder for 4K at 60fps
For an encoder-based 4K60 stream, configure a 3840×2160 output at 60 frames per second. YouTube’s encoder guidance lists RTMP/RTMPS ingestion, H.264, H.265, and AV1 video, constant bitrate (CBR), and a recommended keyframe interval of 2 seconds that should not exceed 4 seconds. YouTube’s English Help result recommends 35 Mbps for H.264 at 2160p60; it lists 10–40 Mbps for AV1 and H.265. These are platform recommendations, not a promise that a particular network can sustain the stream (Choose live encoder settings, bitrates, and resolutions).
| Setting | 4K60 target or guidance | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Output resolution and frame rate | 3840×2160 at 60 fps | The encoder and source can sustain this output without dropping frames. |
| Video codec | H.264, H.265, or AV1 are listed by YouTube | Your encoder supports the selected codec for 4K60 and YouTube accepts the incoming signal. |
| Video bitrate | H.264: 35 Mbps recommended for 2160p60. AV1/H.265: 10–40 Mbps listed. | Use the recommendation for your selected codec and check upload stability under sustained load. |
| Rate control | CBR | Set constant bitrate if available in the encoder. |
| Keyframe interval | 2 seconds recommended; do not exceed 4 seconds | Set the interval explicitly if the encoder exposes the control. |
| Ingest protocol | RTMP or RTMPS | Use the URL and protocol provided by YouTube for the stream. |
Run a speed test and test the actual encoder over the connection you intend to use. A nominal speed-test result alone does not establish that the upload will remain stable throughout a broadcast. For 4K, YouTube says its low-latency option is unavailable; the stream is optimized for normal latency.

- Your iPad, Now a Pro Field Monitor: Preview your shots in real time on an iPad with USB-C
6. Test the loop and monitor stream health
- Run a private or otherwise non-public test in the Live Control Room before announcing the broadcast.
- Use representative sections of the playlist, including busy motion and the loudest or most complex audio you expect to stream. YouTube specifically advises testing with audio and video movement similar to the real stream.
- Check that the received resolution and frame rate are correct, the playlist repeats as intended, audio stays synchronized, and no dropped frames or encoder warnings appear.
- Watch the Live Control Room’s stream-health messages while the test is running. If YouTube reports an issue, correct the encoder or connection and test again before going public.
- If you plan to archive the event, decide that before the broadcast and confirm that your license covers archived use. YouTube says Content ID claims on archived live streams are made after the stream ends when the creator archives it.
Common problems and what to check
- YouTube reports a copyright match or interrupts the stream: Stop relying on the stream until you have confirmed rights for the matched material. If the use is licensed, contact the label or distributor and verify whether the channel must be allowlisted through Content ID.
- The stream is not arriving in YouTube Studio: Check that the encoder has the correct stream URL and current stream key, and that the stream is started in the intended encoder session. Replace or reset a key if it may have been exposed.
- 4K60 is unstable or drops frames: Check the encoder’s sustained output, selected codec and bitrate, and the stability of the upload connection. Test again at the intended resolution and frame rate; a configured 4K60 output does not guarantee a stable 4K60 delivery.
- The playlist stops at the end: Verify the repeat or loop setting in the encoder application’s current documentation, then run a full test through the end of the playlist.
- The archived video receives a claim after the live event: Review the rights and archive permissions separately from the live permission. YouTube says claims on archived live streams are made after the stream ends when it is archived.
Or let it run in the cloud
If your goal is a YouTube channel that keeps looping authorized uploaded videos while your computer is off, StreamNeo runs the stream from the cloud. Upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. Nothing has to stay on at home; each slot streams what you upload, up to 4K 60fps, at one price per slot, and StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. It plays uploaded videos rather than going live from a camera, and it streams to YouTube only. You remain responsible for having permission to stream the songs and visuals.
