To get a notification when PEPE reaches a target, open a platform that supports the PEPE market you follow, find its price-alert control, set an above-or-below threshold, and enable notifications. On Coinbase mobile, add the asset to your watchlist, tap the bell-plus icon, choose Add Alert, set the target, and save. Kraken supports market alerts on web and mobile. Availability depends on your region, account, and the specific market or trading pair.
How do I set a price alert for PEPE?
- Choose the platform and market you actually follow. Check that PEPE and the relevant trading pair are available to your account. A PEPE price quoted in one currency may differ from a quote in another.
- Open the asset or market page and find the alert control. On Coinbase mobile, first add the asset to your watchlist, then tap the bell-plus icon and choose Add Alert. Coinbase documents custom targets above or below the current price. Coinbase’s price-alert instructions describe notifications for watchlisted assets.
- Set the trigger. Enter a price in the quote currency shown for that market, or choose an available percentage-based trigger. Kraken supports typed price levels and percentage adjustments; the exact choices depend on the interface.
- Choose how you want to hear about it. Enable the available push, in-app, or email notifications. For Kraken mobile push alerts, allow notifications both in your device settings and in the Kraken app.
- Save and check the alert later. Review active alerts to confirm they remain enabled. Kraken provides controls to view, edit, or delete alerts; Coinbase documents deleting a custom alert in notification settings.
Which platforms document alerts, and what are their limits?
The documented features below are not a guarantee that PEPE or a particular PEPE pair is available in your location. Check the asset and market in your own account before relying on an alert.

Kraken describes its feature as notifications when a market reaches a specified price level in its Market Alerts documentation, last updated 20 January 2026. The Coinbase and Kraken instructions cover different interfaces and features, so do not assume their settings or availability are interchangeable.

Will a price alert automatically buy or sell PEPE?
No—not in the Coinbase feature described here. Coinbase explicitly says price alerts are notifications that an asset has reached a certain price and do not place an order. Setting a threshold should not be treated as a buy or sell instruction; any trade would require a separate action or a separately configured order feature.

What should I check if a PEPE alert does not arrive?
- Confirm the selected asset and trading pair are the ones you intended, and that the market remains available to your account.
- Check that the target, direction, or percentage trigger is correct and that the alert is still active.
- For mobile push alerts, check both the phone’s notification permissions and the app’s notification settings.
- Allow for the possibility of late or missed app notifications: Binance warns that network conditions can delay or prevent delivery. Do not rely on an alert as a guaranteed real-time signal.
What is PEPE?
Kraken’s UK asset disclosure describes PEPE as an ERC-20 meme coin on Ethereum, launched in April 2023. That description is specific to the UK disclosure and is not investment guidance. It does not establish that PEPE is listed on every platform or available to every user.
