The most dependable way to track Indian quarterly results is to combine four alert layers: use the NSE Corporate Filings Event Calendar for announced dates, add an event-day reminder in your broker calendar, subscribe to each company’s Investor Relations emails, and use a results dashboard for confirmation after publication. Keep SEBI and depository account alerts enabled as well, but treat those as trading-activity notifications rather than an earnings calendar.
What you need to know before setting alerts
No single service is established as an official, universal feed for every company listed on both NSE and BSE. Each layer answers a different question:

- When is the board expected to consider or publish results? The NSE Corporate Filings Event Calendar is the best starting point for dates already announced to the exchange.
- Can I receive a reminder before the event? A broker calendar can send a push notification or email for a scheduled event.
- Has the result actually been uploaded? The issuer’s Investor Relations mailing list and a results dashboard can confirm publication.
- Has activity occurred in my trading or demat account? SEBI, your broker and your depository can send account alerts, but those are not quarterly-results alerts.
Exchange calendars change. A date shown today is provisional until the company files the latest exchange notice, so check the most recent filing before making an investment decision.
Layer 1: Find announced dates on the NSE calendar
Use the Corporate Filings Event Calendar as your date list
Open the NSE Corporate Filings Event Calendar and filter the entries for companies you own or follow. The calendar can label an entry “Results,” “Financial Results,” or “Results/Dividend.” It shows the filing date and the purpose stated by the company’s board.

This is an advance-notice tool. It tells you that a board meeting or filing is scheduled; it does not guarantee that the result will be uploaded at a particular hour or that the board will not revise the date. Record the company name, security identifier, announced date, event label and the date on which you checked it.
Verify every date close to the event
Recheck the company’s latest exchange announcement on the day before the expected meeting and again on the event day. Companies can submit a revised notice, defer a meeting or publish results after the board meeting. If an older calendar entry conflicts with a newer filing, use the newer filing.
Track BSE-listed securities separately when needed
The NSE calendar is useful for companies with an NSE filing, but it is not proof that every BSE-listed issuer or every BSE announcement will appear there. For a holding that is only on BSE, or when you need the BSE announcement timestamp, check the company’s BSE filing page or its Investor Relations page as a second source.

Layer 2: Add an event-day reminder in a broker calendar
Zerodha Kite reminder workflow
Zerodha’s Kite web and app economic calendar lets you select an event and choose Remind me. Zerodha documents delivery as a Kite push notification and an email around 8:30 AM on the event day for a set economic-calendar reminder. The exact menu names and timing can change, so confirm the current wording and notification permissions in your version of Kite.

- Sign in to Kite on the web or in the mobile app.
- Open the economic calendar and search for the company or browse to the relevant date.
- Open the event details and check that the company and event type match the result you want.
- Tap or click Remind me.
- Allow Kite notifications in your phone’s operating-system settings and make sure the email address on your account is current.
- On the morning of the event, check the latest exchange notice rather than assuming the reminder means that results have already been published.
A broker reminder is convenient for advance notice, but its coverage depends on the calendar provider. It should sit alongside, not replace, the exchange and issuer sources.
Layer 3: Subscribe to the company’s Investor Relations emails
Where to look
Visit the issuer’s official Investor Relations section and look for labels such as Email alerts, Subscribe, Register for updates or Investor mailing list. You may need to verify your email address through a confirmation message. Add the sender to your contacts so that results notices do not land in spam.
What these alerts can contain
Issuer alerts commonly cover uploads to the Investor Relations area. Depending on the company, that may include the results release, financial statements, investor presentation, earnings-call notice or a board-meeting announcement. Coverage is issuer-specific: a subscription offered by one company is not evidence that all Indian companies provide the same facility.

In an IndiGo filing, the company said: “Additionally, your Company has given a facility to its investors to register their email ids on the website of your Company to get email alerts about any upload made on the Investor Relations section of the website www.goindigo.in.” This illustrates the model, but it does not establish that every issuer offers an identical subscription or sends an alert for every results document.

Keep the subscription useful
- Use a dedicated investing inbox or an email label such as “Results.”
- Subscribe separately for each company; one issuer’s list normally does not cover another issuer.
- Read the first few messages to learn whether alerts arrive for all uploads or only selected announcements.
- Keep the address current and complete any re-confirmation request.
- Use the exchange filing to resolve a discrepancy between an email subject and the actual filing time.
Layer 4: Add a results-specific dashboard for publication confirmation
Trendlyne Results alerts
Trendlyne’s Results dashboard lets users choose email alerts for results declared today, in the last two days or during the past week. These windows are useful when you want an inbox notification after a result appears, including when you did not know the exact filing time.
- Open the Results dashboard and sign in if the service asks you to.
- Select the declaration window that matches your workflow.
- Choose the companies or result categories you want to monitor, if watchlist controls are offered in your account.
- Enable email delivery and confirm the destination address.
- When an alert arrives, open the linked exchange or issuer document before interpreting the numbers.
This is primarily a post-publication confirmation layer. It can supplement the NSE date list, but it should not be treated as the official source of a company’s filing.
Optional watchlist services: check the trade-offs first
BSE Alerts and similar private feeds
BSE Alerts advertises BSE and NSE announcement watchlists with Telegram, Android, browser and premium email notifications. A researched page showed a premium price of ₹799 per year; pricing is volatile, so recheck the current terms before paying.

- Coverage: whether the service actually monitors the exchanges and securities you need.
- Delay: how quickly it forwards an exchange announcement after publication.
- Channel: email, Telegram, browser or mobile delivery, and whether each channel is included in your tier.
- Watchlist limits: the number of companies, symbols or alerts allowed.
- Privacy: what watchlist and contact data the service stores.
- Reliability: whether a missed notification is possible and how outages are reported.
Use these services as convenience layers. The company filing and exchange notice remain the documents to verify.
Keep SEBI, broker and depository account alerts enabled
SEBI Investor guidance says investors can opt for free SMS and email alerts for trading or transaction activity in their trading and demat accounts when their broker and depository have current contact details. SEBI published Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD1/P/CIR/2024/169 on 3 December 2024 concerning SMS and email alerts to investors by stock exchanges.
These messages can warn you about a trade, debit, credit or other account event. They do not promise a notification whenever a company announces quarterly results. Keep your phone number and email address updated with your broker and depository, but do not substitute account alerts for an earnings-date workflow.

A practical setup for most investors
Start with the NSE calendar and the Investor Relations subscription for each holding. Add a broker reminder for dates you cannot afford to miss. Add a results dashboard if you follow enough companies that manually checking every filing is impractical. Keep account alerts on regardless of which results tools you use.
A higher-volume workflow
If you monitor dozens of companies, maintain one spreadsheet or note with the symbol, exchange, announced date, event label, Investor Relations subscription status and last verification date. Use a private watchlist only after checking its delay, limits and privacy terms. Each time an alert arrives, open the source filing and mark the result as verified.
How to verify a result when an alert arrives
- Check the issuer and period. Confirm that the document belongs to the intended company and quarter, not a similarly named security or a subsidiary.
- Check the filing timestamp. Prefer the newest exchange or company upload when multiple alerts refer to the same result.
- Read the document type. A board-meeting notice, unaudited result, audited statement, presentation and earnings-call transcript are different documents.
- Check whether a dividend is included. An entry labeled “Results/Dividend” may contain both items; do not assume the dividend is part of every results notice.
- Save the original document. Third-party dashboards can change their display or remove an old alert.
- Record the actual publication date. This lets you distinguish a planned event from the date on which the result was really declared.
Troubleshooting missed or confusing alerts
The calendar date changed
Open the latest exchange filing and replace the old date in your reminder. Do not rely on a stale calendar entry or an old email thread.
The broker reminder did not arrive
- Check that the reminder is still enabled in the current calendar interface.
- Allow push notifications for the broker app and remove battery restrictions that prevent background delivery.
- Check the account email address and spam folder.
- Use the exchange calendar and issuer subscription as independent backups.
The issuer sends too many emails
Create a mail rule for the company’s verified sender and route messages to a results folder. If the subscription offers categories, keep results, financial statements and presentations and disable unrelated website-upload categories.
A dashboard alert arrived but the filing is missing
Check whether the alert refers to a declaration window rather than a live exchange timestamp. Search the issuer’s Investor Relations page and the relevant exchange announcement list. Treat the dashboard as a prompt to verify, not as the filing itself.
SMS or email account alerts look like results news
Read the transaction description. SEBI-style account messages concern activity in your trading or demat account; they are not evidence that a company has released quarterly results.
Security and privacy checks
- Register only through the company’s official Investor Relations page or your broker’s authenticated app.
- Do not enter trading passwords or one-time passwords into an email-alert form.
- Inspect the sender domain before opening attachments or links.
- Review the privacy policy of any private watchlist service before uploading a large portfolio.
- Unsubscribe from services you no longer use and remove old devices from push-notification access.
