Choose a trigger that supplies the page URL
Create or open a workflow in Pabbly Connect, then choose a trigger appropriate to your process. It might receive a URL from an incoming webhook or another connected app. The important requirement is that the trigger output contains the webpage URL you intend to capture.

Add the HTML to Image action labelled Capture Website Screenshot. Map the URL from the trigger into the action’s webpage URL input. Test the actual delivery, then enable the workflow
Run a test with a page the screenshot service can access and a destination chat where the bot is permitted to post. Confirm that the correct image arrives in the intended chat. Only then switch the workflow on.

Make sure the screenshot output is usable by Telegram
Telegram accepts a photo as a Telegram file_id, an HTTP URL that Telegram can fetch, or an uploaded file. For URL delivery, Telegram documents a maximum photo size of 5 MB and requires the remote file to have the correct media type. For multipart file uploads, the documented photo limit is 10 MB. These are Telegram Bot API limits; check the current API documentation if your workflow depends on exact limits. Telegram Bot API: sendPhoto.

Pabbly’s public screenshot listing does not specify whether its action returns a public URL, file/binary data, or a particular format, media type, or size. Troubleshoot failed or missing photos
- The photo field receives an unexpected value: Inspect the screenshot step’s test output. Establish whether it is a URL or file/binary data, then use a Telegram input mode compatible with that value.
- Telegram cannot fetch the screenshot URL: Make sure the URL is reachable by Telegram without a login, expiring session, or browser-only access. Check that it returns an image with the correct media type and is below Telegram’s 5 MB URL-photo limit.
- The image is too large for URL delivery: Reduce its dimensions or file size if the screenshot step supports that, or use an upload route within Telegram’s documented 10 MB multipart limit if that route is available in your workflow.
- The URL route fails but an upload or file ID may work: Telegram documents URL, upload, and
file_idinputs. Check whether your connected Pabbly actions expose the needed mapping; the public integration listing does not confirm that they do. - No photo appears in the intended conversation: Check the selected destination chat and whether the bot is authorized to post there. Do not share or publish the bot token.
- The page is blank or inaccessible to the capture step: Test with a page accessible to the screenshot service and confirm that the trigger is passing the intended URL. The integration listing describes URL capture but does not promise that every page can be captured successfully.
Does this workflow need India-specific settings?
The documented sequence is the same trigger-to-screenshot-to-Telegram flow described by the integrations.
