Before you capture: check the offer and item
- Confirm the selected product, size or variant, and current listed price.
- Read the offer’s current terms. Eligibility may depend on the product, payment instrument, minimum order value, exclusions, offer dates, discount cap, or whether the offer combines with other promotions. AJIO’s terms and conditions and the specific bank offer terms are the relevant references.
- Proceed through the checkout flow until the applicable offer and amount payable are displayed. The exact screen and control names can vary; use the display currently shown in your account.
Capture the offer-adjusted price
Before taking the screenshot, check that the image includes enough context to identify the item and the amount after the offer. If the eligibility rules or offer period are shown elsewhere, capture those separately. If you want to keep the displayed amount before buying, take the screenshot before placing the order.

On Android
On most Android phones, press Power and Volume Down at the same time. Android 12 and later supports scrolling screenshots on many screens that allow scrolling, but that option is not available in every app or view. Find the image in Photos or Gallery, depending on your device.
On iPhone
On iPhone models with Face ID, quickly press and release Side and Volume Up together. On Touch ID models, use Home with Side or Top, depending on the model. Keep the screenshot in context
Keep the original capture unaltered if you may need it to explain a discrepancy. A cropped or marked-up copy can make the price easier to share, but it is not the untouched screenshot. For a completed order, keep the order confirmation and payment record as well; a screenshot of the checkout display does not establish that the order was placed or paid.

What the screenshot can—and cannot—show
A screenshot is a record of what appeared on your screen at that moment. It does not reserve the product’s price, prove that your card or order qualified for the bank offer, or guarantee that a discount will remain after a cancellation or return.
