If the page asks you to choose an old device, model, or condition, make the selections needed for the offer amount to appear. Record only what the page actually displays; do not assume an estimate is a guaranteed final exchange value.
Amazon India’s seller guidance calls a prominent product-detail area the “Offer Display,” but that seller-side term is not a customer instruction for locating exchange controls. Amazon India’s seller guide also notes that sellers can have different prices or shipping options. Exchange benefits are product- and promotion-specific: Amazon’s 2026 sale announcement, for example, described exchange offers on select smartphones, not every listing.

Open the saved image and check that the text is legible and the screenshot actually includes the offer. If the product identity and offer do not fit clearly together, take consecutive screenshots. Include overlapping page content or another visible page cue so the images can be understood as parts of the same listing.
A screenshot documents what appeared on your screen at that moment; it does not establish that an offer remains available or that an estimated exchange amount is final. Amazon’s general “Exchange an Item” help page describes exchanges for an item after purchase through Your Orders. That is a separate workflow from an exchange offer shown before purchase on a product page.
