Include the destination, selected option, and shipping details in the frame whenever possible. If you need to document current orderability, check the cart with the same variant and shipping method; a screenshot only records what appeared at that moment.
What to show in the screenshot
A useful capture makes clear which listing and offer you checked. Include as many of these details together as the page layout allows:

- The product title or other identifying listing details.
- The shipping destination, often shown in a “Ships to” area.
- The selected color, size, bundle, plug type, storage option, or other variant.
- The delivery or shipping panel, including a method and estimated date or range if displayed.
A listing title alone may not identify the offer: changing a variant can also change stock, warehouse, price, or shipping information. If the relevant details appear in separate parts of the page, take more than one screenshot rather than cropping away the destination or selection context.
How to prepare and capture the page
- Open the product listing. Use the listing you intend to document, and make sure the product identity will remain visible in your capture.
- Set the shipping destination. Choose the country or region where the parcel is meant to be delivered. Changing currency alone does not set the destination.
- Select the exact variant. Choose the option you want to show, such as a color, size, bundle, or plug. Wait for the page’s price and delivery details to update.
- Check the shipping details. Confirm that the destination, selected variant, and any displayed delivery method or estimate are visible. If they do not fit in one frame, capture separate views with enough listing context to identify them.
- Take the screenshot. Use your device’s built-in screenshot function or another capture method. Keep the image uncropped until you have checked that it shows the necessary context.
- Check the cart if orderability matters. Add the same variant and confirm that a delivery method is still offered. Destination, order quantity, and shipping-method compatibility can affect fulfillment.
Why destination selection matters
AliExpress may assign a ship-to location when a user has not set a specific profile address. Its UK seller platform agreement says, “Users can change the ship-to address at any time to adjust this setting.” The agreement also describes possible assignment factors such as language subdomain, IP address, and prior browsing history. This is seller-agreement context, not consumer-facing step-by-step guidance, and it does not establish that every shopper sees the same interface.

AliExpress’s EU/EEA seller terms also discuss ship-to country in recommendation systems and delivery capability in search ranking. These terms provide context for why destination can affect what a shopper sees, but they are not instructions for operating the product page.
What a screenshot does—and does not—prove
A screenshot can document the destination, option, and shipping information visible on the page at capture time. It does not prove that stock, shipping cost, seller participation, or delivery estimates will remain the same, that a parcel will arrive by an estimated date, or that checkout will accept the order later. For a contemporaneous orderability check, verify the same option and shipping method in the cart as well.

Privacy and interface differences
The exact location and wording of the destination control may vary by device, locale, and account state; authoritative consumer instructions establishing one current click path across desktop and mobile were not available. Look for the destination or “Ships to” control rather than relying on a fixed menu location. A seller-specific region selector described for one store is not evidence that all AliExpress listings use the same labels or workflow.
Before sharing a screenshot publicly, check for personal information. Avoid showing a full street address, phone number, or payment details; crop or redact sensitive information without removing the destination, variant, and delivery context needed to understand the capture.
