You can schedule individual bhajan videos to publish in morning or evening time slots, then organize them into separate playlists for viewers. YouTube Studio schedules videos—not a playlist to publish repeatedly on a timetable—so plan each video’s release and maintain the playlists separately.
What YouTube scheduling does—and does not do
YouTube’s documented scheduling controls let you set a video to go public at a chosen date, time, and time zone. Until then, the scheduled video remains private. Playlist tools let you group videos, set playlist visibility, and arrange their order, but YouTube’s help documentation does not describe scheduling a playlist itself for recurring morning or evening slots.

For a dependable workflow, make separate playlists such as “Morning Bhajans” and “Evening Bhajans,” then schedule each video for its intended release time. Adding a video to a playlist does not schedule the playlist to appear or publish.

Choose a time zone for your audience
Decide which viewers you are publishing for and use their relevant local time when choosing release times. YouTube Studio’s scheduling controls include a date, time, and time-zone selection. If your audience spans several regions, choose a consistent primary time zone rather than assuming one slot will be morning everywhere.

Set the hours as a publishing plan to evaluate against your own audience’s behavior. You might group shorter devotional selections in one playlist and longer bhajans in another, but there is no official YouTube guidance establishing an ideal morning or evening publication time for bhajan channels.
Create separate playlists in YouTube Studio

In YouTube Studio, choose Create, then New playlist.

Enter a descriptive title, such as “Morning Bhajans” or “Evening Bhajans,” and add an optional description.

Choose the playlist visibility that matches your goal. A private playlist is not a public destination for viewers.

Add the relevant videos and create the playlist.
You can also create and manage playlists in the YouTube mobile app. Playlist organization is separate from the scheduling of a video’s publication.
Schedule each bhajan video for its slot

Upload the video or select it in YouTube Studio.

Open the video’s scheduling controls and choose the publication date, time, and time zone.

Save the schedule. The video stays private until its selected release time.

Repeat for every video you want to publish in a morning or evening slot. Add each video to the appropriate playlist and check that the playlist’s visibility is suitable for its audience.
Check playlist order and the date viewers will see
Open the playlist and reorder videos by dragging them into the desired sequence. YouTube says reordering is unavailable for playlists containing only Shorts.
The date shown beneath a public video on its watch page is based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you schedule from a time zone ahead of PST, the date displayed to viewers may differ from the date shown in Studio. If the displayed date matters, check the planned release against PST as well as your chosen local schedule.
Optional: use a series playlist for a set watched together
A series playlist is intended for an official set of videos viewers should watch together; it is not required for ordinary morning and evening categories. YouTube requires a verified account, permits a video in only one series playlist, and restricts series playlists to videos uploaded by the channel owner who has the rights to them. It may suit a sequenced devotional lesson or bhajan series.

Schedule a separate announcement if needed
If you want to announce a devotional session, you can schedule a Community post by selecting its date, time, and time zone. That schedules the post, not the playlist or the video.
What can interrupt a scheduled release?
YouTube warns that a Community Guidelines strike can prevent a scheduled video from publishing during the penalty period. The video remains private; reschedule it after the period ends.
