To stream Hindi devotional music on YouTube with OneStream Live, first decide whether you are broadcasting a live performance or scheduling a prerecorded bhajan, kirtan, or other devotional program. For a prepared video, connect your YouTube channel in OneStream Live, add the video under Pre-recorded Stream, choose YouTube, enter the stream details, and schedule it. Before either kind of broadcast, confirm that your channel is eligible and that you have the rights to every piece of music in the stream.
Choose a live performance or a prerecorded program
Hindi is the language of your content, not a special OneStream Live streaming mode. The workflow depends on whether the music is being performed now or already exists as a video.

YouTube says beginners can start with equipment they already have and recommends testing a setup. A USB microphone for live streaming is optional if you are performing or recording original devotional audio; it is not required to upload and schedule an existing video.

Check YouTube channel eligibility first
YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-stream restrictions in the past 90 days before you can live stream. Check channel eligibility before announcing a broadcast or setting its schedule. See YouTube’s live-streaming setup guidance for current requirements and available methods.

Schedule a prerecorded devotional video with OneStream Live
- Connect YouTube. In OneStream Live, open Social Platforms, select YouTube, choose the account or channel category, and connect the account. The current connection walkthrough is in OneStream Live’s YouTube connection guide.
- Open the prerecorded workflow. Choose Pre-recorded Stream and add your video from your device, OneStream storage, or a supported cloud storage service. OneStream describes the service’s prerecorded streaming workflow; its help center provides step-by-step scheduling instructions.
- Set the destination and stream details. Select YouTube, enter the details for the stream, and choose the broadcast schedule. Check the video, audio, title, and timing before the event. Use YouTube’s current event or stream preview controls to review the scheduled broadcast; interface labels can change.
- Check advanced options before relying on them. OneStream’s help page says advanced scheduling options, including DVR or monetization controls, are available on Standard and higher plans. Monetization also depends on the channel being eligible for YouTube monetization. Review OneStream’s advanced scheduling options and your account’s current plan before planning around these features.
Set up a real-time devotional performance
YouTube supports live streaming from mobile, a webcam, or an encoder. Choose the method that matches your equipment and how much control you need over the audio and video. For a concert-style setup, an encoder can work with a microphone and other audio equipment; test the full setup before the broadcast. YouTube’s live-streaming guide explains its method categories.
OneStream Live documents connecting YouTube and scheduling a prerecorded stream in its YouTube-specific help flow. That guidance does not establish a button-by-button real-time performance setup, so use the live-stream route and controls currently available in your OneStream account rather than assuming the prerecorded scheduling steps apply to a live performance.

Clear music rights before going live
A devotional song is not automatically free to stream because it is religious, traditional, or widely available online. YouTube’s live-stream terms state: “You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for the exploitation of the Live Content on the Google Services throughout the world, including, without limitation, music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public performance licenses) and any other royalty participants.” Read YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions and make sure your rights cover the music in the live content and the territories where it will be available.

YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A match can replace the stream with a placeholder image, interrupt it, or terminate it. A license does not by itself prevent a platform interruption: the rights holder may also need to allowlist your channel in Content ID. Treat permission and allowlisting as separate checks. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.

- Creator Music licenses are for long-form videos, not live streams. Check YouTube’s tips to find safe music and Creator Music usage details.
- Keep records of the permissions and licenses you rely on, and ask the rights holder about Content ID allowlisting if your licensed music is likely to be claimed during a live broadcast.
