YouTube documents encoder-based streaming, but not a specific app for looping VODs, so choose and configure any looping software separately. Before scheduling a long stream, check that the channel is eligible to livestream and that you have the rights to every video and audio track.
What you need before setting up a Free Fire VOD loop
- A YouTube channel eligible for livestreaming: YouTube says the channel must be verified and have had no livestream restrictions in the previous 90 days. Its setup guidance also sets a minimum age of 16 for livestreamers. Check current eligibility in YouTube Studio before preparing the stream: YouTube livestream prerequisites.
- A prerecorded Free Fire gameplay video, or a playlist and looping method that can feed videos to an encoder. YouTube’s documented setup covers the live stream and stream key, not a specific VOD-looping app.
- An encoder-capable computer and software if you are using the do-it-yourself method. YouTube does not prescribe a specific computer model or minimum specification in its guidance. Start with a suitable computer you already own rather than assuming a dedicated PC or capture card is required.
- Rights to use the footage and audio in a public livestream. Having a copy of a VOD or being able to play game audio does not by itself establish those rights.
For India-region game context, Garena’s India-facing site presents Free Fire and Free Fire MAX. The India Google Play listing for Free Fire MAX names Garena International I and describes Android and Intel-powered Windows availability. Storefront availability can depend on region, device, and account, so verify the listing for your own setup: Garena India-region game site and Free Fire MAX on Google Play India.

Configure the YouTube live stream and encoder
- Confirm livestream access. Check YouTube Studio and complete the channel verification or eligibility steps YouTube requires. Do this before building a schedule around a 24/7 broadcast.
- Create or select a live stream in YouTube Studio. In the stream setup, create a new stream or reuse an existing one. YouTube’s stream settings guidance explains the stream setup and key. Use the stream’s key only in the encoder that will send this broadcast.
- Set up your video loop in the encoder. Choose the prerecorded gameplay file or playlist in your looping software, then configure it to send a continuous feed to the encoder. A loop is provided by the playback or encoding setup, not by a YouTube Studio setting described in YouTube’s documentation.
- Enter the YouTube stream key in the encoder. Copy the key from the YouTube stream setup into the matching stream-key field in your encoder. Treat it like a password: anyone who obtains it may be able to send video to that stream. Do not publish it in the video, description, or a public screenshot.
- Start the encoder and confirm the preview. Start the encoder’s stream, then check the live preview and stream status in YouTube Studio. Confirm that the correct gameplay video and audio are reaching YouTube before leaving the broadcast unattended.
- Monitor the broadcast. A 24/7 schedule requires the playback and encoder process to continue operating. With a computer-based setup, the computer, encoder, and network connection must remain available; a computer shutdown or lost connection stops the feed until it is restored.
YouTube documents computer software encoding as one way to stream, but does not provide a specific VOD-loop application or configuration in the cited setup pages. For YouTube’s guidance on a computer-based broadcast, see YouTube computer streaming tips.
Clear the footage and audio for livestream use
YouTube’s livestream terms place responsibility on the provider to have the necessary rights to use live content on Google’s services worldwide, including music licensing rights, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations: YouTube livestream terms.

- Use gameplay footage and audio for which you can establish the necessary rights.
- Do not assume that in-game music, menu music, licensed tracks, or another player’s footage is cleared just because it appears in a game recording.
- Keep records of permissions or licences relevant to the material you stream.
YouTube says livestreams are scanned for third-party content. If it detects such content, it may replace the stream with a placeholder image and warn the streamer; if the content remains, the stream may be interrupted or terminated. An archived livestream can also receive a Content ID claim after the broadcast ends. See YouTube copyright guidance for livestreams.
Will a repeated gameplay VOD be monetized?
Do not assume that a 24/7 loop will qualify for monetization. YouTube applies its monetization policies to livestreams, and its reused-content policy addresses material republished without significant original commentary, substantive modifications, or educational or entertainment value. YouTube reviews a channel as a whole and says it may remove monetization if it cannot tell that the creator made or meaningfully transformed the material. That policy is separate from copyright enforcement and can apply even when the creator has permission to use the material. Read YouTube’s monetization policy.

- Main board: MSI B550M-A PRO motherboard provides reliable performance and stability
- GPU: Geforce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 Graphics Cards (Brand may vary) Support DLSS 4 multi frame generation, ray tracing, and Reflex 2 delay optimization

Make the stream’s original contribution clear through your own footage, commentary, curation, or other meaningful value where applicable. Those steps do not guarantee approval: YouTube makes the channel-level monetization decision, and owning the gameplay footage alone is not a guarantee.
Run it yourself or keep it running in the cloud
Do it yourself with a computer encoder
The encoder method gives you control over the playback and stream setup, but the computer and internet connection you use must stay available for the broadcast to continue. YouTube does not specify a required PC model or minimum specification in the sources cited here. If you are considering buying a computer for continuous encoding, compare sustained reliability, encoding capability, electricity use, and budget; a particular model or capture card is not established as mandatory.

Common problems and what to check
- You cannot start a live stream: Recheck channel verification, livestream eligibility, and any restrictions in YouTube Studio. The eligibility rules include no livestream restrictions in the preceding 90 days and a minimum age of 16 for livestreamers.
- YouTube does not receive the encoder feed: Confirm that the encoder is running and that the stream key matches the selected YouTube stream. If the key may have been exposed, replace it in the YouTube setup and update the encoder.
- The video stops looping: Check the playback or looping software and whether the source file or playlist has ended. YouTube’s setup guidance does not configure VOD looping for you.
- The stream shows a placeholder or is interrupted: Check for third-party content in the video or audio and review YouTube’s copyright guidance. A persistent detection may interrupt or terminate a livestream.
- A Content ID claim appears after the stream: YouTube notes that archived livestreams can receive claims after ending. Review the claim and your rights documentation through YouTube’s normal process.
- Monetization is rejected or removed: Review the channel-level reused-content policy and whether the channel clearly demonstrates original commentary, meaningful modification, or added educational or entertainment value. Copyright permission alone does not settle reused-content eligibility.
