You can run BGMI match replays continuously on YouTube with an encoder that plays authorized video files and sends them to a YouTube livestream. But first, clear the rights to every recording and its audio: permission to share BGMI gameplay is not automatically permission to rebroadcast another creator’s footage or a tournament production. You also need a plan to keep the encoder and connection running and to monitor the stream.
Check rights before building a 24/7 stream
Make an inventory of every replay before scheduling it. For each file, record who made the recording, whether it is ordinary gameplay or tournament coverage, and what music, commentary, or other third-party material it contains.

- Your own gameplay recording: BGMI’s Terms grant a limited, revocable permission to create and distribute gameplay videos, subject to the Terms and platform rules. That permission is not a blanket clearance for every element in the recording. Read the current BGMI Terms.
- Another player’s recording: get permission from the person or rights-holder who controls that recording. The fact that it shows BGMI gameplay does not establish your right to rebroadcast someone else’s video.
- Official tournament footage: do not treat it as an ordinary player recording. The official competition rules state that tournament streams and audiovisual recordings are owned by KRAFTON. Seek specific written clearance before using this material.
- Audio and other elements: check game audio, music, commentary, graphics, and any embedded broadcast material. YouTube requires the necessary rights for live content, including music rights, under its livestream terms.
BGMI’s Content Creation Guideline says BGMI intellectual property remains subject to its Rules of Conduct and creator code and describes certain revenue scenarios. Read the current full guideline before relying on a particular monetization model; it does not promise approval for a specific stream. It lists [email protected] for partnership-alliance inquiries, which is not evidence of an affiliate program.

Plan the encoder workflow
YouTube supports creating a livestream with an encoder; its encoder setup guide explains the platform workflow. There is no single BGMI-specific configuration established here, nor a verified hardware product or setup that guarantees continuous uptime. Choose an encoder and host based on your authorized source files and operational needs.

- Prepare the source: organize only the cleared replay files. Decide whether the encoder will repeat one file or advance through a playlist, and test the transition between files before scheduling a long run.
- Choose where playback and encoding will run: identify the computer or other host that will play the files and encode the outgoing stream. For a DIY setup, account for continuous power, a stable internet connection, storage, and someone able to respond if playback or streaming stops.
- Create the YouTube livestream: follow YouTube’s encoder setup flow in YouTube Studio and use its stream key in the encoder. Treat the key as a password: do not publish it or share it with people who should not control the broadcast. Follow YouTube’s current interface and instructions rather than relying on an old screenshot or guessed menu path.
- Test before going live for an extended period: check that video and audio play correctly, the disclaimer is visible, and the encoder reaches YouTube. Confirm that the stream appears as intended in YouTube Studio and that the file or playlist advances and repeats as planned.
- Monitor the live control room and host: arrange a way to notice a stopped encoder, lost connection, playback failure, or YouTube warning. Decide who will restart the process and how they will confirm the stream has resumed.
These are planning steps, not a guarantee that a particular encoder, computer, or network will stay live without interruption. The setup depends on the files, playback and encoding system, connection, and monitoring available.
Handle copyright checks and the livestream archive
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A match can replace the stream with a placeholder or interrupt or terminate it. If YouTube issues a warning, address the rights problem instead of trying to work around the detection. YouTube notes that even licensed third-party content may require the rights-holder to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. See its live copyright guidance.

YouTube says Content ID claims on an archived livestream occur after the stream ends. An uninterrupted live session therefore does not by itself establish that the saved archive is cleared for continued availability. Check both the live-use and archive rights for your material.

Copyright permission and monetization eligibility are separate. YouTube applies monetization policies to livestreams and assesses reused content separately from copyright. Its policy, updated on 15 July 2025 to clarify the term “inauthentic content,” identifies repetitive or mass-produced material as a concern. A minimally changed replay loop or reused footage with little original commentary or value can put monetization at risk even if you have permission to use the footage. Review the current YouTube channel monetization policy.

Give viewers a reason to watch each match: for example, add your own commentary, tactical analysis, or useful match context. Those additions may strengthen the originality and value of the programming, but they do not grant rights to footage, music, or other third-party elements.
Troubleshoot common failures
- YouTube interrupts or replaces the live video: check YouTube’s warning and identify the matched third-party material. Remove or replace uncleared content, obtain the necessary permission, and ask the rights-holder about allowlisting when licensed content is involved.
- The livestream starts but replay playback stops: check that the source file is still available to the playback system and that the encoder’s repeat or playlist behavior is configured as intended. Test the transition and restart behavior rather than assuming a long session will recover by itself.
- The encoder disconnects: check the host’s power, internet connection, and encoder status, then follow the recovery steps you planned. YouTube’s setup guidance does not establish a universal 24/7 uptime design.
- The archive receives a claim after the stream: review the archived content and the claim details, then resolve the rights issue through the appropriate rights-holder or YouTube process. Live playback without an interruption is not proof of archive clearance.
- You have permission but monetization remains uncertain: review whether the programming adds meaningful original commentary or analysis and whether it meets YouTube’s current channel monetization policies. Permission alone does not settle reused- or inauthentic-content eligibility.
