You can run recorded Telugu computer science lessons as a continuous YouTube Live broadcast by playing them through an encoder connected to your channel’s stream URL and private stream key. For a do-it-yourself setup, the computer running the encoder must stay powered, connected, and able to access the lesson files. If that is impractical, a cloud service can handle playback and streaming remotely.
Before you start: make sure the channel can go live
Use a verified YouTube channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. If you are enabling live streaming for the first time, YouTube says activation can take up to 24 hours, so do not leave this check until the planned launch. How do I stream prerecorded videos on YouTube 24/7?
The basic workflow is to prepare the recordings, create a live stream in YouTube Studio, connect an encoder with the stream URL and private key, and play the lessons through that encoder. YouTube documents the encoder connection process, but does not prescribe a particular application for looping a playlist. The loop behavior depends on the encoder you choose, so test it before relying on it for a continuous broadcast. See YouTube’s encoder setup guide.
1. Prepare and check your lesson library
- Confirm each lesson plays through correctly, including its audio, before adding it to the rotation.
- Make sure you have the necessary rights to the lesson video, screen captures, diagrams, code, narration, music, and any other included material. YouTube’s Terms of Service place responsibility for obtaining necessary rights on the person providing the content.
- Organize the lessons in the order you want viewers to see them. If you use a playlist, check that the encoder supports the file types and looping behavior you need.
2. Create the live stream in YouTube Studio
In YouTube Studio, open the Live Control Room and create or select the stream. Set its title, description, visibility, audience settings, and schedule to suit the channel. YouTube may change interface labels, so follow the current prompts in Studio rather than relying on an older screenshot or menu name.

3. Connect the encoder without exposing the key
- In the Live Control Room, locate the stream URL and private stream key for the stream.
- In your encoder, paste the YouTube stream URL into the server or URL field and the private key into the corresponding stream-key field.
- Keep the key private, like a password. Do not show it in a screen recording or share it publicly.
- Start the encoder and confirm that YouTube is receiving a healthy signal before you treat the setup as ready.
4. Test a complete playlist cycle
Before announcing the stream, check that video and audio are present, transitions behave as intended, and the final lesson returns to the first without stopping playback or leaving an unwanted gap. A playlist that starts successfully is not necessarily configured to repeat indefinitely; verify the end-of-list behavior in your chosen encoder.
5. Assign monitoring and recovery responsibility
Check both the encoder and YouTube’s stream-health display after launch. Decide who will respond to an alert, restart a stopped source, replace a broken lesson file, or handle a rights question. A local setup depends on the running machine, its storage, power, and network; YouTube’s receiving service and the source files can also interrupt the broadcast. A 24/7 schedule needs an owner who can act when something fails.

How do I loop a playlist on YouTube Live?
YouTube’s encoder guide explains how to send a feed to YouTube; it does not guarantee that a particular playback application will repeat a playlist. Look for a repeat or loop option in the encoder or playback workflow you select, then test the entire playlist through its last item and back to its first. Watch for a stopped source, a long transition, silence, or a black screen at the loop point. The right setting and its label vary by encoder.

A local encoder gives you direct control over the playback machine and its files, but it makes continuity dependent on equipment and connectivity at that location. A cloud encoder shifts playback and transmission to a remote service, so a home computer does not need to remain on; you must assess the service’s file support, recovery behavior, monitoring, storage, price, and terms. YouTube’s encoder directory is a place to discover services, not a comparative performance report or uptime guarantee.

For a local setup, a UPS is an optional way to provide backup power during a short interruption. It does not solve internet outages or encoder failures and is not a YouTube requirement.
Plan for archives, copyright, and monetization
Do not rely on a single overlong stream as your archive
YouTube’s current guidance says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Do not assume one continuous broadcast lasting longer than 12 hours will be saved as a complete replay. Third-party matches can interrupt a live broadcast
YouTube says: “All live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted content in the form of another live broadcast.” If YouTube identifies third-party material, it may replace the stream with a placeholder and warn the streamer; continued content can interrupt or terminate the broadcast. If licensed third-party content is included, the rights holder may need to add the channel to an allowlist. Review YouTube’s copyright guidance for live streams and clear rights before broadcasting.

Educational subject matter does not guarantee monetization
YouTube’s monetization policy applies to live streams as well as uploaded videos. It says monetized content should be original and authentic, and that the substance should be materially varied and offer creative, educational, or other value. Original computer science lessons may have an educational purpose, but that alone does not guarantee a channel’s YouTube Partner Program decision. Troubleshooting a 24/7 lesson stream
- YouTube does not receive a signal: Check that the encoder has the correct stream URL and private key, then confirm the encoder is running and the channel is eligible to stream.
- The stream stops at the end of the lesson list: Check whether looping is enabled in the playback or encoder workflow. Test through the final item instead of assuming a playlist repeats.
- The video runs but audio is missing: Test the source file’s audio and verify that the encoder is sending its audio along with the video.
- The broadcast drops when nobody is at the computer: In a local setup, check power, sleep settings, network stability, storage access, and whether the encoder has stopped. Arrange monitoring and a restart plan.
- YouTube interrupts or replaces the stream: Review the stream for third-party material and resolve rights issues. YouTube may interrupt or terminate a broadcast after identifying matching content.
- The replay is incomplete or absent: Check the stream’s duration. YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived; do not assume a single longer continuous stream will be saved as one complete replay.
