4. Roll only the intended slot
From Customize, select the exact slot and press its own SPIN button. Confirm that the selected slot, rather than another entry on the page, is highlighted.
5. Recheck the result and balance

Your spin count did not change immediately
Allow the result sequence to complete and look at the balance again.
