Before you do anything, write down the original server, player name or UID, and login method, then verify that those credentials still open your developed account. Never delete an account until you have proved that you can return to the original profile.
Pocket Gamer describes a practical loop—use a Guest account, advance to Chapter 4, check active codes, spend the available summons, and delete only the disposable profile through Profile → Settings → User Center → Delete Account if the result is poor. That is a third-party procedure, not an OmniDream promise that deletion is lossless. Server switching, account switching and support are the recovery tools when a healthy profile appears to be missing.

What “rerolling without losing progress” actually means
A reroll is a fresh start used to obtain better early heroes or summons. “Without losing progress” does not mean one profile can be repeatedly reset with no risk. It means your established Omniheroes profile remains separate from each experiment, and you can identify and reopen it at any time.

- Account or login: the Guest, platform or other sign-in currently holding the profile.
- Server: the server number or name where that profile was created.
- Player identity: the in-game name and UID, which help support locate the correct record.
A profile can look empty when the game has opened a different server or account. Treat a level-one screen as an identification problem first, not proof that your developed save was erased.
Before touching reroll controls: make the original profile recoverable
Record the account details
From the developed profile, note the exact server number or name, player name, UID and login method. Keep the information outside the game, such as in a password manager or a private note. If the game displays an account identifier in User Center, record that as well.
Perform a return test
Confirm that the current login opens the expected profile before beginning an experiment. If you cannot reliably reopen it now, stop and resolve that problem through the in-game support channel first. A reroll is not a good time to discover that the original profile was only a temporary Guest session.

Separate disposable and valuable profiles
Use a Guest profile or another server only for the reroll when those choices are available in your build. Do not run the experiment inside the account that contains the heroes, resources and purchases you intend to keep.

Safe reroll workflow
1. Capture a baseline
- Open the developed Omniheroes profile.
- Write down the server number or name, player name, UID and current login method.
- Take screenshots of the profile and User Center if the interface exposes useful identifiers.
- Close and reopen the game, or otherwise verify that the same login still loads the same profile, before you create a disposable reroll.
2. Choose the disposable location
Select a Guest account or another available server. If you choose a server, record both the original and experimental server before starting. Do not assume that changing servers transfers heroes, currency or story progress; the purpose is separation, not migration.

3. Complete only the progression needed to summon
Follow the current tutorial and collect the early rewards. Pocket Gamer’s published route uses Chapter 4 as the point at which to evaluate a reroll and refers to more than 50 summoning scrolls. That chapter and scroll count are a dated third-party estimate, not a current OmniDream guarantee. Events, codes, tutorial length and reward quantities can change.
4. Check currently active codes
Use the game’s current code-redeeming location, if one is available, before spending summons. Confirm that a code is active in your region and version; do not assume a code listed in an old guide still works. Record which rewards were claimed so you do not mistake a missing reward for an account problem.
5. Spend the available summons deliberately
Decide what counts as a successful opening before you pull. For example, define a short list of target heroes or a minimum combination that fits your planned team. The available evidence does not establish an independently verified Omniheroes reroll success rate, so a guide cannot promise that a particular number of attempts will produce a target.
6. Keep or discard the experiment
If the result is poor, delete only the disposable profile through the game’s own controls: Profile → Settings → User Center → Delete Account. Read every confirmation screen and check the displayed account or server before confirming. If the result is good, do not delete anything; record the new UID and server and secure the profile with the current account controls.
7. Secure a winning profile
Bind or otherwise secure the successful profile using the account options actually presented in your version of Omniheroes. Then verify the identifiers again. Sign out and back in only if the game clearly supports that check and you know which login belongs to the new profile. A verification test is useful only when you can distinguish the new profile from the original one.

8. Return to the established profile
Use the recorded login and server. If the game opens a level-one profile, stop experimenting and follow the recovery steps below instead of deleting more accounts.
How server switching can make progress look lost
OmniDream developer responses on the App Store tell players to check the server list when progress appears to be missing. One response explains that an accidental server mismatch can make the account look reset. Another directs players to skip the tutorial, use Switch Server under Settings and use Switch Account under User Center to log back in.
Use this order when a profile appears empty:
- Open the server list and compare the selected server with the one in your notes.
- Use Settings → Switch Server and select the original server.
- If the profile is still wrong, open User Center → Switch Account and choose the original login.
- Skip the tutorial when the game offers that option; do not spend resources on the level-one profile while diagnosing the mismatch.
- Check the player name and UID against your baseline.
The fact that a new server starts at level 1 while the old server remains has been reported by community members, but that report is not an official guarantee. Treat the server list as a recovery aid, not as proof that every account or version behaves identically.
What account deletion can and cannot tell you
Deleting a profile through User Center may be useful for repeating a disposable Guest attempt, but the available official responses do not promise that repeated deletion is a lossless reroll method. Policies, confirmation wording, waiting periods and menu names can change by version, region or account type.
- Deletion should be considered only for the profile you deliberately created for rerolling.
- It should never be used to “fix” a developed account that merely appears empty.
- Do not infer that a successful deletion preserves another profile unless the game explicitly identifies the other account and server.
- If a confirmation screen names the wrong UID, server or login, cancel it.
Recovery when the original account really is not appearing
Check both identity dimensions
Most apparent resets can be explained by the wrong server, wrong login or both. Recheck the original server note, then use Switch Server. Recheck the login method, then use Switch Account in User Center. Compare the resulting player name and UID with your baseline.

Stop creating and deleting profiles
Repeated attempts make it harder to remember which login belongs to which server and can remove useful evidence. Preserve screenshots, UIDs, server names, approximate creation time and the exact steps that preceded the problem.
Contact Omniheroes support
Use Settings → Customer Service in the game. OmniDream also lists [email protected] for account binding or recovery issues. Include the original server, player name, UID, login method, device and a concise timeline. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Deleting before recording the original server
Symptom: the login succeeds but opens a level-one profile. Fix: check the server list and use Switch Server before assuming deletion occurred.
Confusing a Guest profile with a secured profile
Symptom: the desired summons disappear after reinstalling, changing devices or switching logins. Fix: secure the winning profile through the current in-game account controls and record its UID and server before leaving it.

Symptom: a guide promises a particular number of scrolls or a Chapter 4 timing that your account does not receive. Fix: treat those figures as the Pocket Gamer guide’s estimate and use the rewards actually shown in your version.
Deleting the wrong profile
Symptom: the deletion screen identifies the developed account. Fix: cancel immediately, return to the profile screen, switch to the disposable account and verify its UID before trying again.
Using an old code list
Symptom: a code is rejected or its reward is absent. Fix: check whether the code is still active for your region and version; do not keep deleting profiles over a code that has expired.
Expecting a guaranteed high-tier result
Symptom: many attempts produce no target hero. Fix: set a stopping rule based on the team you want, and recognize that no independently verified success-rate statistic is established for Omniheroes rerolling.

- You have valuable progress and no written account details: do not reroll yet. Identify the server, UID and login first.
- You have a verified original profile and Guest access: use the Guest route, evaluate summons, and delete only failed Guest attempts.
- You have a verified original profile but no safe deletion option: use a separate server if available and leave the original server untouched.
- Your account looks reset: check the server list, Switch Server and Switch Account before taking any destructive action.
- You cannot recover the original profile through those controls: contact Customer Service or [email protected] with identifying details.
What is officially supported versus merely practical advice
Official developer responses support checking the server list, switching servers, switching accounts and contacting support. They do not state that deleting and recreating profiles is a guaranteed, lossless reroll system. The Guest-and-delete loop comes from Pocket Gamer, while the separate-server level-one behavior comes from a community discussion. Both can inform a workflow, but neither changes the need to protect the established login and server.
The safest dividing line is simple: keep the account you value identifiable and untouched; treat every other profile as disposable only after the game clearly identifies it as such.
