If you want to reroll in Heroes of Crown: Legends without losing your progress, first make sure your existing profile is linked to a login you can access. Ujoy Games Support explains how account linking and deletion work, but the help pages reviewed do not confirm a supported reroll method that preserves an existing profile. Treat any new-profile attempt as conditional on your installed version offering a separate login route—and do not delete or reset your current account to try it.
Protect your current profile before trying another login
Open Player Info → Settings → Account Binding and check whether the account holding your progress is linked. Ujoy says only guest accounts that are not already linked to another account can be linked. Its listed binding choices are Apple ID, Google account, and Ujoy account; labels or availability may vary by platform, region, and app version. See Ujoy Games Support’s account-linking instructions.

Before changing anything, confirm that you know which login is connected to the profile and can still sign in with it. Ujoy says linked accounts can be accessed on different devices, whereas a guest account cannot be logged into on another device. An unlinked guest profile may be difficult to recover if you delete the game or change devices; Ujoy also warns progress may be lost after reinstalling or resetting a device. Its guidance on logging in on another device and progress after reinstalling distinguishes linked access from guest access.

The official help pages cited here do not document a guaranteed way to create a fresh reroll profile while preserving an existing one, or to keep multiple profiles available at once. They explain account protection and deletion, not a dedicated reroll feature. If your installed build offers a separate guest or login option, consider using it only after confirming your existing linked account remains recoverable. Do not assume that changing servers, clearing app data, or reinstalling creates a safe reroll route; the cited support material does not verify those steps.

If you need to return to a login screen, Ujoy’s password-recovery guidance refers to Player Info → Change Account. That is a way to reach the login screen, not confirmation of an account-cloning or reroll feature. Menu names can differ by platform, region, or app version.
Switching accounts is not the same as deleting one
Changing the account used to log in and requesting account deletion are different actions. Ujoy says an account already linked to a login method cannot be unlinked or linked to another method with help from its support team. Do not assume you can move a binding freely; see Ujoy’s explanation of changing a linked login method.

Deleting an account is not a reversible reroll trick. Ujoy says a deletion request takes effect within seven days, and logging in during that period may cancel the request. Once deletion completes, the character, personal information, purchased items, and related information cannot be recovered. Read the account-deletion policy before making any deletion request.

Stop resetting or reinstalling while you are unsure which profile is active. Contact the game’s in-app support and provide the account details or purchase information they request.
