To reroll Cursed Techniques in Jujutsu Zero, finish the tutorial, unlock the Codes menu, redeem valid codes for Lumens, and spend those Lumens on the cursed-technique banner. Every banner pull is another technique-gacha attempt. Repeat the process until you obtain a technique that suits your build. The game’s published references do not state the Lumens cost per pull, pity threshold, banner odds, or a guaranteed reroll rule, so do not rely on unofficial numbers for those mechanics.
The fastest documented starting route is therefore simple: complete the opening mission, claim currently working codes, use the resulting Lumens for technique pulls, and make your keep-or-reroll decision using the dated tier list alongside your clan and play style.
What “rerolling” means in Jujutsu Zero
In this game, rerolling is not a separate menu command that resets an account. It means repeatedly using the cursed-technique gacha until one of the techniques you want appears. Lumens are the currency used for those banner attempts. You keep pulling while your current technique is below your target, then stop when the result fits the role and progression path you intend to play.
The official technique reference identifies technique gacha as the obtainment route for Cursed Techniques. For example, the Ten Shadows entry labels its source “Technique gacha – rarity 6,” showing that high-end techniques are tied to the banner rather than to a normal quest reward. Because no reviewed source publishes a complete probability table, a pull-cost schedule, or pity rules, you should treat each pull as an independent resource decision. Save enough Lumens for the number of attempts you can actually afford, and do not assume that a particular number of pulls guarantees a rarity or a named technique.

Unlock the Codes menu before spending resources
Finish the tutorial mission
New accounts must complete the tutorial mission first. The beginner guide says the tutorial teaches the basic controls and unlocks the Codes menu; codes remain unavailable until that mission is complete. Rushing to the banner before finishing the tutorial can leave free Lumens inaccessible.
- Launch Jujutsu Zero and enter the opening experience.
- Complete the tutorial mission and its required objectives.
- Return to the normal game interface after the tutorial completion message appears.
- Confirm that the Codes option is now visible before attempting to redeem anything.

Once the tutorial is finished, open the Codes menu from the game interface. The published redemption sequence is: click an active code to copy it, open Jujutsu Zero, open the Codes menu, paste the code, and redeem it. Enter codes exactly as shown; an extra space, a missing character, or a code that has expired will normally produce a failure message.

The official codes reference listed four active codes on September 5, 2026. Codes are time-sensitive, so check the in-game response when you redeem them and verify the current list at the official Codes reference before planning a reroll session.

Redeem all four only if the game still accepts them. The figures above are the one-time rewards listed by the September 5, 2026 reference, not a promise that the codes will remain active or that they can be claimed repeatedly. Cursed Crystals and Clan Rolls are useful account resources, but the documented reroll currency for the technique banner is Lumens.
If a code does not work
- Recheck capitalization and spelling against the official list.
- Make sure the tutorial is complete and the Codes menu is unlocked.
- Paste the code without leading or trailing spaces.
- Read the game’s response: an expired or already-redeemed code cannot fund another attempt.
- Check the official list again after an update, because the active-code set can change without preserving older codes.
Spend Lumens on the cursed-technique banner
Find the correct banner
After redemption, open the gacha area and select the cursed-technique banner, not a clan-roll or other resource banner. The technique banner is the documented route for obtaining Cursed Techniques. - Check your Lumens balance before opening the banner.
- Read the banner panel for any currently displayed cost, featured pool, or event end date. These interface values can change independently of the dated tier list.
- Choose a single pull or a multi-pull only when you understand how many Lumens it consumes. The published references do not establish a universal cost, so use the number shown in your current client.
- Record the technique that appears and its rarity or label, if displayed.
- Compare the result with your intended build before immediately pulling again.
- Continue while you have Lumens and the current result does not meet your keep criteria.
- Stop once the technique, role, and progression path are acceptable; there is no documented guaranteed-reroll mechanic that makes continuing risk-free.
A multi-pull can reduce clicks, but it does not create a documented guarantee. If the interface offers a ten-pull or similar option, treat it as a convenience unless the current banner explicitly states a bonus or pity effect.
What the sources do not establish
Do not use a purported universal number for any of the following unless the live banner itself states it:
- Lumens required for one pull or a bundle.
- The number of pulls needed to trigger pity.
- Exact rates for EX, S+, S, A, or lower tiers.
- A guaranteed appearance of a selected technique after a fixed count.
- Whether pity carries between banners, events, characters, or accounts.
These values were not published in the reviewed references. A screenshot or a player estimate can become obsolete after a balance update, so verify the active banner’s own information panel whenever one is available.
Which techniques are worth keeping?

Read the complete Cursed Technique Tier List for the remaining entries and any changes made after the August 11, 2026 update. The list is a snapshot of ranking, not a published drop-rate table; a lower tier does not prove that a technique is easier to pull.
Use role and build fit, not tier alone
Choose a keep threshold before you start pulling. A practical threshold can be “any EX or S+ result,” “a specific technique for my preferred role,” or “a technique with the domain or mastery route I plan to complete.” This prevents you from spending every Lumens grant on a marginal upgrade.

- PvE focus: Favor a technique whose damage pattern, area coverage, survivability, and mastery objectives fit the quests and farming loops you expect to repeat.
- PvP focus: Consider range, defensive options, mobility, timing windows, and how easily opponents can interrupt or avoid the technique.
- Domain or mastery goals: If your plan depends on a particular domain or a long mastery progression, confirm that the technique supports that route before locking it in.
- Clan interaction: Compare the technique with your clan bonuses and planned Clan Rolls. The published pages do not provide a complete synergy matrix, so treat compatibility as an account-specific judgment rather than a guaranteed ranking.
The beginner guide names Limitless, Malevolent Shrine, and Mythical techniques such as Beast Amber as examples of strong targets. The tier list later places Beast Amber in S+ and Limitless in A, illustrating why you should use both general target examples and the current dated ranking when deciding what to keep.
A practical reroll plan for a new account
Before the first pull
- Finish the tutorial and verify that the Codes menu is unlocked.
- Redeem every code that the game currently accepts.
- Write down your minimum acceptable result, such as an EX entry, an S+ entry, or one named technique.
- Decide whether your priority is PvE, PvP, domain progression, or a particular clan-and-technique combination.
- Check the live banner’s cost and pool instead of relying on an old guide’s numbers.
During the session
- Pull from the cursed-technique banner using the Lumens balance created by your redeemed rewards.
- After each result, compare its tier and combat role with your preselected threshold.
- Keep a result that meets the threshold, even if it is not the single highest name on the list, when it supports your intended play style.
- Continue only when the result is clearly below your threshold and you still have a realistic Lumens reserve.
- Stop before spending resources needed for other account systems, especially if a banner cost or event deadline is unclear.
After you keep a technique
Test the technique in normal content before deciding that its tier placement alone makes it unsuitable. Learn its range, cooldown rhythm, resource demands, and mastery requirements. Then invest future resources in the clan and progression choices that complement the technique. A reroll is successful when the account has a workable long-term build, not merely when a high label appears in the result window.

Common mistakes and how to recover
Pulling before the tutorial is complete
If the Codes menu is missing, return to the tutorial objectives and finish the mission. The documented unlock is tied to tutorial completion; repeatedly reopening other menus will not substitute for that requirement.
Confusing Cursed Crystals with Lumens
The active codes grant both currencies, but the reroll instructions specifically use Lumens for the cursed-technique banner. Confirm the currency icon and balance on the banner before spending. Save Cursed Crystals for the system that accepts them rather than assuming every resource buys technique pulls.
Assuming a tier guarantees a play style
EX and S+ indicate placement on the August 11, 2026 list, not automatic superiority in every encounter. A technique can be highly ranked yet awkward for a player who dislikes its timing, lacks clan support, or wants a different domain route. Use tier as a filter, then make the final decision from role and progression fit.
Trusting expired code lists
