Epic’s October 2026 listing requires Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in the current or previous season, eligible age, and multifactor authentication (MFA); requirements can differ for another event.
Find the event and check its details
- From the Fortnite lobby, open the Compete tab. Epic says this area shows previous, current, and upcoming tournaments. See Epic’s tournament participation instructions.
- Find the Solo Reload Victory Cup for the event window you intend to play. Open its Details and rules, and confirm the region and session. Event schedules and requirements are event-specific.
- Review the eligibility panel before session time. For the listing covering October 2–24, 2026, Epic requires Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in either the current or previous season, age eligibility, and MFA enabled. Check the live listing for changes: Solo Reload Victory Cup event listing.
- In the lobby, open Play, choose Mode Selection, scroll to By Epic, and select the tournament. Epic’s support directions describe entry through these menus; they do not describe a separate registration form.

Rank requirement
The October 2026 listing reviewed calls for Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in the current or previous season. This is the requirement on that listing, not a guarantee for future cups; confirm the selected event’s current Details and rules.

Age and MFA
Epic’s event listing says players must be at least 13, or meet the higher minimum age required in their country of residence, and have MFA enabled. Epic also says competitors aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian. See Epic’s competitive-event age eligibility guidance.
If the tournament is locked
Epic says a lock icon can mean the tournament has not started or that the account does not meet its entry requirements. Select the lock icon to open the requirements window; it identifies missing criteria. Check the event’s Details and associated rules as well, because requirements vary. See Epic’s tournament-joining troubleshooting guidance.

Confirm your region’s session time and format
Use the time shown in the in-game listing for your region. The October 2026 listing reviewed covers October 2–24, 2026, but session schedules and displayed times vary by region; a time shown for another region may not apply to you.
That listing also says advancement to Round 2 depends on a regional placement threshold: 4,000 qualifying players in EU, 2,000 in NAC, and 800 in each of OCE, ASIA, ME, BR, and NAW. It states that each player who earns a Victory Royale in Round 2 earns $100 USD. These are details of the October 2026 listing and may change for another event.
