Zenless Zone Zero livestream codes can be redeemed in two official places: in the game at Menu > More > Redemption Code, or on HoYoverse’s redemption page at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption. The redemption menu becomes available only after you complete the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness.” Livestream codes are temporary, so check the stated deadline before spending time troubleshooting a code that has already expired.
What you need before redeeming a ZZZ livestream code
There are three practical requirements:
- You must have completed the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness.” HoYoverse says the redemption function unlocks after this mission is complete. See the official Help Center instructions at HoYoverse’s redemption-code help article.
- You need access to the HoYoverse account on which you play Zenless Zone Zero. If you use the website, sign in to the account that is linked to the intended game progress.
- You need a code that is still within its published validity period. Special Program codes are distributed during livestreams and normally have a short deadline announced by the official team.
A controller, printed guide, or other accessory is not required. Redemption is an account action performed through the game client or the official website.

Current livestream-code status
The latest livestream promotion identified in the official announcements is tied to Version 3.3, “Journey to the Sky.” The Special Program announcement, published October 5, 2026, scheduled the broadcast for October 9 at 19:30 (UTC+8) and said that an exclusive redemption code would be distributed during the livestream. The exact Version 3.3 code string is not reproduced here because it is already expired. Republishing an old string can make a reader mistake it for a currently redeemable offer. For a future broadcast, use the code shown during the official Special Program and verify the expiration time in the related announcement or Intel Report.
Redeem a code inside Zenless Zone Zero
The in-game route is the quickest option when you are already playing. HoYoverse’s documented path is concise, but the unlock requirement matters: the Redemption Code item will not be available until the specified Prologue mission is complete.
- Finish the unlock mission. Complete “Business x Strangeness x Justness,” the Prologue mission named by HoYoverse as the point at which redemption becomes available.
- Open the Menu. From the game interface, open the main Menu.
- Choose More. Select More from the Menu options.
- Open Redemption Code. Select Redemption Code from the More section.
- Enter the livestream code. Type or paste the code exactly as it was presented. Treat letters, numbers, and any punctuation as significant; do not add explanatory text or surrounding spaces.
- Confirm the entry. Submit the code using the confirmation control shown by the game.
These are the official in-game steps: Menu > More > Redemption Code, followed by entering and confirming the code. If the Redemption Code option is absent, check the Prologue requirement before assuming that the client or account is malfunctioning.
Redeem through the official website
The web route is useful if you are away from the game client or prefer a browser. Use only the official page: https://zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption. HoYoverse’s Help Center directs players to sign in and follow the instructions displayed on that page.

- Open the official redemption page. Enter the address directly or use the link above. Check that the domain is
zenless.hoyoverse.combefore signing in. - Log in. Sign in with the HoYoverse account associated with the Zenless Zone Zero progress that should receive the redemption.
- Follow the page prompts. The page may ask for the relevant account or server information as part of its current interface. Use the values belonging to the account you intend to credit.
- Enter the code exactly. Paste or type the livestream string without changing characters. If you copied it from a stream overlay or chat, compare the result with the on-screen code before submitting.
- Submit the redemption. Complete the confirmation action shown on the page. A code that is expired or otherwise invalid cannot be made active by trying a different browser.
The web page’s labels can change as HoYoverse updates its account interface. The stable part of the process is the official URL, signing in to the correct account, and following the instructions presented after login.
Which redemption route should you use?

Neither route creates a longer validity period. The website does not revive an expired livestream code, and the in-game menu does not bypass the account sign-in requirement that applies to the web route. Choose whichever is more convenient, then submit the code before the published cutoff.
How livestream-code deadlines work
Livestream codes are event promotions, not permanent account coupons. The Version 3.3 announcement promised an exclusive code during the October 9 Special Program, while the later Intel Report supplied the cutoff. This two-part pattern is useful when following future broadcasts: the announcement tells you when the stream and drop are scheduled; the follow-up report can state the final expiration time.
Convert the timezone before the deadline
Zenless Zone Zero announcements often publish times in UTC+8. To compare that time with your own clock, subtract eight hours to obtain UTC. For the Version 3.3 deadline, 23:59:59 on October 11 in UTC+8 became 15:59:59 on October 11 in UTC. A cutoff at 23:59:59 is exact; waiting until the next calendar day in the listed timezone is already too late.

Do not wait for a replay
The Version 3.3 announcement said the code would be dropped during the livestream and directed viewers to the official Zenless Zone Zero YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels. A replay, clipped segment, or third-party post may show the old string after its validity window has closed. Use those channels for future Special Program announcements and watch for the published expiry rather than assuming a code remains usable because the video is still online.
Troubleshoot a code that does not work
Start with the failure that most closely matches what you see. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same string until you have checked the basic conditions below.
The Redemption Code option is missing in the game
Confirm that “Business x Strangeness x Justness” has been completed. HoYoverse explicitly makes this Prologue mission the unlock point for the redemption function. If the mission is unfinished, the missing menu item is an access prerequisite rather than evidence that the code itself is invalid.
The website asks you to sign in again
Sign in with the HoYoverse account that owns the Zenless Zone Zero progress you want to credit. If several accounts are used in your household or across devices, do not assume that the browser’s currently saved login is the correct one. Sign out and authenticate with the intended account before entering the code.

The code is rejected after the deadline
Check the official announcement’s date and timezone. The Version 3.3 code, for example, had a stated cutoff in UTC+8 that converted to an earlier UTC time on the same date. Once that deadline has passed, changing from the game menu to the website cannot restore eligibility. Look for the next official Special Program rather than relying on reposted lists of old codes.
A copied code contains the wrong character
Livestream overlays and fast-moving chat can make similar letters and numbers easy to confuse. Recheck every character against the original official display, then enter it again without additional spaces or commentary. If the same carefully checked string is past its published deadline, treat the expiry—not the transcription—as the cause.
You found a code on an unofficial page
Use the official Zenless Zone Zero channels and the HoYoverse redemption page. Do not enter account credentials on a look-alike domain. The official web address for redemption is zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption; verify the address before logging in.

The Version 3.3 Special Program announcement listed the official Zenless Zone Zero YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels as destinations for the broadcast. Follow those official channels and the game’s news pages so you can see both the livestream schedule and any later notice about the code’s validity.

The announcement dated October 5, 2026, is a useful example of what to look for: it gave the Version 3.3 program date and time and explicitly said an exclusive redemption code would be dropped during the livestream. A practical checklist before you submit
- Complete “Business x Strangeness x Justness.”
- Choose either the in-game route or the official web route.
- Confirm that you are using the intended HoYoverse account.
- Check the code’s published expiration date and timezone.
- Compare every character with the official livestream or announcement.
- Use Menu > More > Redemption Code in the client, or the official redemption page in a browser.
- Submit before the cutoff; an expired code cannot be reactivated by changing devices or routes.
Security precautions for code redemption
A legitimate redemption flow requires the official game menu or HoYoverse’s official redemption page. Treat urgent messages that ask for unrelated downloads, payment, or credentials on another domain as suspicious. A livestream code is a free digital account redemption; you do not need to buy a guide, peripheral, or physical item to use it.
When using a shared or public computer, sign out of the HoYoverse account after completing the web redemption. On a personal device, still verify the domain before entering credentials, especially when arriving through a shortened link or a social-media post.
