The schedule is a delivery window, not a promise that every account receives the item on the first day. Checking the mailbox before October 30 can therefore show no reward even when the purchase and account setup are correct.
Eligibility: the conditions you must satisfy
Buy a qualifying digital edition
The promotion names any digital edition of Modern Warfare 4 and specifically includes Standard and Vault Edition. You do not need to upgrade from Standard to Vault for this Call of Duty: Mobile blueprint. The announcement does not list a physical edition as qualifying.
Use one Activision account in both games
The Activision account used to log in to Modern Warfare 4 must be the same account linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app. This is the key account-matching rule. A purchase made on one Activision ID will not be associated with a different ID simply because both accounts belong to the same player.

Complete the launch-day sign-in
The instructions require an eligible player to sign in to Modern Warfare 4 on launch day, October 23, 2026. The publisher says this launch-day sign-in registers the account to receive the item. Pre-ordering alone is not the complete redemption process.

Step-by-step redemption procedure
1. Create or link an Activision Account in Call of Duty: Mobile
- Open Call of Duty: Mobile and use its account options to create an Activision Account or link an existing one.
- Finish the sign-in or linking process before launch day. Record the Activision ID or email you used so you can select the identical account in Modern Warfare 4.
- Confirm that the app is connected to the account you intend to use for the Modern Warfare 4 purchase. If you have more than one Activision account, stop and identify the correct one before continuing; the reward follows the account, not the device.
The promotion’s explicit requirement is that the account used to log into Call of Duty is the same account linked to the Call of Duty: Mobile app. Treat that account match as a prerequisite rather than something to repair after delivery starts.
2. Pre-order a digital edition by October 23
- Pre-order Modern Warfare 4 digitally for your chosen console or PC platform.
- Choose either the Standard Edition or Vault Edition; both are stated to qualify for this blueprint.
- Complete the purchase no later than October 23, 2026, the deadline given in the promotion.
- Keep the purchase confirmation available. It can help Support verify eligibility if the item is still absent after the delivery window, although the published instructions do not specify a particular receipt format.
Players who already pre-ordered do not need to place a second order. The qualifying purchase is the digital game edition; no controller, headset, phone accessory, manual or other physical product is identified as necessary.
3. Sign in to Modern Warfare 4 on launch day
- On October 23, launch Modern Warfare 4 on the platform where you made the digital pre-order.
- Sign in using the Activision ID associated with your Call of Duty: Mobile app.
- Complete the game’s sign-in far enough for the account to be recognized. The promotion describes this launch-day sign-in as the step that registers the account for the mobile reward.
If the game offers multiple profiles or account choices, do not select a different Activision ID merely because it is already saved on the device. The account used at this point must be the one linked to Call of Duty: Mobile.

4. Watch the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox
- Return to Call of Duty: Mobile after the delivery period opens on October 30.
- Open the game’s in-game mailbox and look for the message containing the ICR-1 “Shattered Relay” Weapon Blueprint.
- Use the mailbox’s redeem or claim control to add the blueprint to your account.
Delivery is phased over a 30-day period beginning October 30 and is scheduled to finish by November 30, 2026. Because accounts are processed in phases, an empty mailbox during the early part of the window does not by itself prove that the promotion failed.

What to do if the blueprint is missing
Before November 30: verify the timing
First compare the current date with the published delivery window. The process starts October 30 and can run through November 30. During that period, check the in-game mailbox periodically after signing in to Call of Duty: Mobile. An early absence is consistent with phased delivery.
After November 30: recheck the account chain
- Confirm that the Activision account currently linked to Call of Duty: Mobile is the same account used to sign in to Modern Warfare 4.
- Confirm that the Modern Warfare 4 purchase was a digital Standard or Vault Edition.
- Confirm that you signed in to Modern Warfare 4 on October 23, 2026, rather than only pre-ordering it.
- Open the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox again and look for a claim message, including any older or archived mailbox entries your version of the app displays.
These checks address the three conditions stated in the promotion: qualifying digital purchase, matching Activision account and launch-day sign-in.
Submit a support claim by December 31
If an eligible account still has no blueprint after November 30, contact Activision Support. The promotion sets December 31, 2026, as the deadline for a missing-item claim. Include the Activision ID used in both games, the platform on which you bought Modern Warfare 4, evidence of the digital pre-order or purchase, and the approximate date of your launch-day sign-in so Support can investigate the correct account. The announcement directs missing-item cases to Support but does not publish a separate claim form or a different cutoff.

Troubleshooting by symptom
“I pre-ordered, but I used another Activision account in Modern Warfare 4.”
The account match is mandatory. Sign out of the unintended account only if the game and platform provide a supported account-management path, then use the Activision account linked to Call of Duty: Mobile. Do not create a second mobile profile to match the wrong game account; that can make the ownership trail harder to verify.
“The mailbox is empty before October 30.”
That is earlier than the stated delivery start. Wait for the phased window and check again after October 30.
“The mailbox is still empty on November 30.”
Review the purchase edition, account identity and launch-day sign-in, then contact Activision Support. November 30 is the completion target; December 31 is the published final date for a missing-item claim.
“I bought a physical copy.”
The promotion specifies digital editions. Because the published terms do not establish a physical-edition route, do not treat a disc or boxed copy as confirmed eligibility. Support can clarify an individual case, but the stated offer is for a digital edition.
“I purchased Standard and thought Vault was required.”
Vault is not required for this reward. The terms list both Standard and Vault digital editions as qualifying.
“I signed in on launch day but cannot remember which Activision ID I used.”
Identify the account shown in Modern Warfare 4 and compare it with the account linked inside Call of Duty: Mobile. If they differ, the reward will not be associated with the mobile account you intended. Resolve the account discrepancy before filing a claim, and provide both identifiers to Support if you cannot correct it.
A practical checklist
- Call of Duty: Mobile has an Activision Account created or linked.
- The Activision ID is written down and is the one you will use in Modern Warfare 4.
- A digital Standard or Vault Edition was pre-ordered by October 23, 2026.
- Modern Warfare 4 was launched and signed into on October 23 with that same Activision account.
- The Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox is checked from October 30 onward.
- If the reward is still missing after November 30, Activision Support is contacted by December 31.
Why the account match matters
The reward is tied to an Activision account rather than being a universal item automatically granted to every device that runs Call of Duty: Mobile. The official instructions state that the account used to log into Call of Duty must be the same account linked to the mobile app. In practical terms, changing phones, consoles or PCs does not substitute for using the correct account; the identity crossing between the two games is what connects the purchase to the blueprint.
This also explains why reinstalling Call of Duty: Mobile, switching platforms or buying a second edition is not the first fix for a missing item. Verify the Activision identity and the launch-day sign-in before taking any other action.
Promotion limits and date sensitivity
The terms summarized here come from the official October 12, 2026 announcement and contain dates that expire. The preorder cutoff is October 23, 2026; delivery is scheduled to end November 30; and missing-item claims are due December 31. If you are reading this after those dates, consult the linked official announcement and Support for any revised policy rather than assuming the original window remains open.
