Rewards arrive in the in-game mailbox. Before submitting, confirm the account and check that the code is still valid; expired or already-used codes cannot be restored or transferred.
The safest process is straightforward: choose the redemption route that works for your device, verify the UID or connected account, submit the code before its campaign deadline, and collect the mailbox reward promptly. If the reward is a hero selector, check the exact item name and eligible hero list before using it. Similar names do not guarantee identical pools or steps.

Choose a redemption route
Netmarble’s official coupon instructions, dated May 15, 2025, document two ways to redeem a code. Both require the coupon code, but the web form also requires your UID (member number). The documented menu route may change if a game update moves or renames a screen.

For most players, the choice depends first on platform. Netmarble says iOS players cannot enter coupons in game, so they should use the official web form. Players on other platforms can use the in-game Coupon option or the web form. The web route is also an alternative if you prefer to submit outside the game, but you will need to retrieve the UID from the account first.

| Route | Where to enter the code | What you need | Platform notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| In game | Main Lobby > Settings > Account > Coupon | Member number and coupon code | Not available to iOS users, according to Netmarble’s May 15, 2025 instructions. |
| Official web form | Netmarble’s redeem-code page linked from the official forum | UID/member number and coupon code | Use this route on iOS. It is also an alternative if you prefer not to enter the code in game. |
The two routes differ in where you type the code, not in the need to identify the intended account. In-game entry credits the account currently connected. Web entry requires the UID for the account that should receive the reward. If you play on more than one account, or have switched accounts recently, pause to verify which account the UID or active game session represents before you submit.
Redeem a coupon in the game
- Open the Main Lobby. Check that the game is connected to the account you intend to receive the reward. This matters because Netmarble says in-game code entry credits the account currently connected; rewards cannot later be transferred to another account.
- Go to Settings > Account > Coupon. Settings is the gear-shaped menu. If the documented Coupon option is not present, the menu may have changed; use the official web form instead. The listed route is the one in Netmarble’s May 15, 2025 instructions, not a guarantee that every later version displays identical wording.
- Enter the member number and coupon code. Check both carefully before submitting. In-game entry applies to the account currently connected. Take a moment to compare the code with the campaign notice, especially if you copied it from a third-party list.
- Submit and open the in-game mailbox. Coupon rewards are sent there; claim the reward from the mailbox before trying to use an item such as a selector. The official notice says coupon mailbox rewards are stored for three days, so do not leave the reward unclaimed while deciding what to do with it.
If you cannot find the Coupon option, do not assume the code is invalid solely because the menu is missing. Check whether the documented menu has moved in your current version, then use the official web redemption route if it is available for your account. The web form still requires the account’s UID and the code, so locate those before switching routes.
Redeem a coupon on the web
- Find your UID. In game, open Main Lobby > Settings > Account and copy the UID shown there. Netmarble’s instructions refer to this as the member number for web redemption. Use the UID from the game account that should receive the reward, rather than relying on a remembered number.
- Open the redeem-code page linked from Netmarble’s official forum. Use the official route rather than an unfamiliar third-party form. The official forum is the reference point for Netmarble’s redemption instructions and campaign notices.
- Enter the UID and coupon code, then submit. Verify the UID belongs to the intended game account and check the code spelling before sending it. The official instructions warn that used-code rewards cannot be restored or transferred, so submitting to the wrong account can leave you without a supported way to move the reward.
- Return to the game and check the mailbox. Claim the reward there. If it is not visible, confirm that you used the right UID and account before trying other troubleshooting steps. The official instructions identify the mailbox as the delivery location.
The web route is the required option for iOS players under Netmarble’s documented instructions. It is also useful when you cannot use the in-game entry screen, but it is not a way around an expired coupon or a previously used code. Both routes depend on a valid campaign code and the correct recipient account.

Players often look for where to enter a promo code, why the code-entry option is missing, or why a gift code is not working. Start with the basics that Netmarble’s instructions actually establish: use the correct route for your platform, check the campaign’s official validity details, make sure the intended account is identified, and inspect the mailbox after submission. Netmarble’s instructions make two limits especially important: expired coupons cannot be restored or supported, and support cannot transfer rewards or restore a code after use.
- Check the code and deadline. Match the spelling and expiry details to the official event notice. A third-party active-code list is a lead, not confirmation that a code still works for your account or region. Campaign coupons have validity windows; an old entry can remain visible online after its redemption period ends.
- Check the account identifier. For web redemption, make sure the UID belongs to the account you want to receive the reward. For in-game redemption, confirm the intended account is connected before entering the code. The official instructions do not promise a transfer if you select the wrong account.
- Check that you used the supported route. iOS users must use the web form because Netmarble says in-game coupon entry is unavailable to them. If the in-game option is not where the documented path indicates, use the official web form rather than an unofficial entry page.
- Check the mailbox. A successful redemption sends the reward there. Netmarble’s May 2025 notice says mailbox coupon rewards are stored for three days; claim yours promptly. If you have not checked the mailbox, do that before concluding that the reward is missing.
- Do not assume a used code can be reused or moved. The official instructions say used-code rewards cannot be restored or transferred. Avoid submitting on an account you might not want to keep the reward.
Campaign notices matter because a code may have a specific validity window and conditions. Netmarble’s official forum search results show that coupon campaigns are tied to events and include deadlines. For example, the Sun Wukong coupon expired before maintenance on February 5, 2026. That dated example is a reminder to check the particular campaign’s deadline; it is not a code to present as current.
Netmarble’s historical patch notes acknowledged an intermittent coupon-mail delivery issue. That old fix does not establish that there is a widespread current problem. If a code appears to have been accepted but no reward arrives, first verify the mailbox and the account or UID used; the official guidance does not establish a universal recovery procedure for every missing reward. Likewise, a historical bug mention is not evidence that an active code is broken now.

A quick troubleshooting order
- Compare the code with the official event notice and confirm that its deadline has not passed.
- Confirm that you used the web form on iOS, or the documented in-game route on a supported platform.
- For web redemption, recheck that the UID belongs to the intended account. For in-game entry, verify the account currently connected.
- Open the mailbox and look for the coupon reward. Claim it promptly, since Netmarble’s May 2025 notice says it is stored there for three days.
- If you still cannot locate the reward, do not assume it can be moved or restored after use. Netmarble’s instructions specifically rule out restoration of expired codes and transfer or restoration of rewards after use.
This order avoids treating every failure as the same problem. An expired code, an unsupported iOS in-game attempt, a wrong UID, an unclaimed mailbox item, and an old delivery issue are different situations. The official guidance supports checking those basics, but it does not provide a single fix that can recover every unsuccessful redemption.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Claim a hero selector reward safely
“Selector” does not identify one universal item or hero pool. Netmarble update notices distinguish items such as Legendary Hero Selector, Legendary Hero Selector II, Legendary Hero Ticket II, Legendary Hero Ticket III, Tower of Trials tickets, and Rare–Legendary tickets. The eligible heroes can change as updates add characters to particular selector or ticket types. Read the full item name and its current in-game description rather than assuming that an item is equivalent to another one with a similar title.
- Claim the coupon reward from the mailbox. A selector or ticket delivered by code must first be collected in game. Check the mailbox after redemption and claim the item before looking for it in your inventory or trying to use it.
- Read the exact item name and description. Check the item’s own eligible list and its on-screen instructions. Do not assume two items with similar names select from the same pool. Words such as “Selector,” “Ticket,” and “Selection Box” can refer to distinct rewards.
- Confirm the available heroes before choosing. Use the eligibility information shown for that specific item, especially after an update. Official update notes show that hero additions can apply to particular selector and ticket types, so an old list may not describe the current pool for every item.
- Follow the item’s instructions to use it. There is no documented universal button sequence that applies to every selector type, so use the controls displayed for the item you have. Do not rely on instructions for a different ticket or selector just because the names look alike.
It helps to separate two questions: what item did the coupon give you, and which heroes can that item provide? The first is answered by the item name and description; the second by that item’s eligible list. A ticket may be one step in a choice process, while a selector may offer a hero choice directly. Verify both details before consuming a reward, rather than treating “hero selector reward” as one standard mechanic.
Selectors, tickets and selection boxes are different
Official update notices illustrate why the full item name matters. In a December 2025 update, a Seven Knights of Old Selector was listed as an Adventurer Level 170 reward. The same update described a Legendary Hero Ticket Selection Box that lets the player choose between Legendary Hero Ticket I and Legendary Hero Ticket II. One is a selector reward; the other is a box that first lets you choose a ticket type. These examples do not mean every selector, ticket or box works the same way.
The December examples are useful for understanding item labels, not for assuming that those rewards are available to every player or still obtainable through the same route. The notice identifies the Seven Knights of Old Selector as a level reward and the box as a choice between two ticket types. It does not establish a universal sequence for opening all boxes, a permanent eligible pool, or identical choices across later updates. Check the description attached to the specific reward in your account.

When deciding whether to use a selector now, first verify which heroes are actually eligible for that particular item. A selector’s pool can be tied to its type, and update notes can add heroes to some types without making every other ticket identical. If the description lists eligible heroes, use that list as the relevant reference for your item rather than a general list of all heroes or another selector’s list.

How to check whether a code is current
Coupon validity is tied to individual campaigns, so there is no reliable evergreen code list in the official material covered here. Check the official event notice for the precise spelling, region, reward and expiry time before redeeming. A third-party page marked checked October 11, 2026 listed codes it considered active, but it included duplicate entries and its individual codes were not independently confirmed by the official results reviewed. Treat such a list as a starting point, not proof that a code is active.
In particular, do not reuse an old code merely because it still appears on a list. The Sun Wukong campaign coupon that expired before maintenance on February 5, 2026 is a concrete example of why the campaign notice and deadline matter. Check the date and maintenance reference attached to the relevant event rather than assuming that a code remains valid because a page still displays it.
Before you submit, compare four details in the official campaign notice: the code’s exact spelling, the eligible region, the reward being offered, and the expiry time. A code list may help you discover that an event exists, but the official notice is the better place to verify those specifics. If an unofficial list marks a code active and the official event window has passed, rely on the campaign deadline rather than the list’s label.
No individual code is certified here as active. Codes change with events, and the third-party list is not sufficient by itself to confirm each code or deadline. That is why this guide focuses on the redemption process and safe verification instead of presenting a potentially stale list as current.

Why can’t I find the code-entry option in the game?
The menu wording or location may have changed since Netmarble’s May 15, 2025 instructions. The documented route is Settings > Account > Coupon from the Main Lobby. Netmarble also says iOS users cannot enter coupons in game, so use the official web form on iOS.
Where do coupon rewards go?
Coupon rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox. Netmarble’s May 2025 notice says they are stored there for three days, so check and claim the reward promptly after redemption.
Can support restore an expired or already-used coupon?
Netmarble’s official instructions say expired coupons cannot be restored or supported. They also say support cannot transfer rewards or restore a code after use. Confirm the deadline and intended account before submitting.
My code was accepted, but I cannot find the reward. What should I check?
Check the mailbox first, then verify the account used for in-game entry or the UID entered on the web form. Historical patch notes mention an intermittent coupon-mail delivery issue, but that does not prove a current widespread problem or establish a universal recovery process.
Are all Legendary Hero selectors and tickets the same?
No. Netmarble notices name multiple selectors and tickets, including Legendary Hero Selector, Legendary Hero Selector II, Legendary Hero Ticket II and Legendary Hero Ticket III. The eligible pool can vary by item and change with updates. Read the exact item description and list before using it.
Does a selection box choose a hero directly?
Not necessarily. A December 2025 update described a Legendary Hero Ticket Selection Box that lets a player choose between Legendary Hero Ticket I and Legendary Hero Ticket II. That is a choice of ticket type, not evidence that every box or selector works the same way. Follow the specific item’s description.

Is a code on a third-party list guaranteed to work?
No. A third-party page can be a lead, but verify the exact code, region, reward and expiry time against the official event notice. A list may contain duplicates or keep expired entries visible, and the codes shown by a third party are not automatically confirmed by Netmarble.
