AION 2’s official pages list what each Founder’s Pack includes, but they do not document how to claim those pack-specific rewards in-game. Check the account used to buy the pack and consult current official support or announcements for the claim method; do not assume rewards arrive by coupon, mail, or a particular character or server.
What to do to claim your Founder’s Pack
- Confirm the purchase account. Check the account used to buy the pack and the current AION 2 support pages or official announcements for instructions specific to Founder’s Pack entitlements.
- Follow only the published pack instructions. The official sources available here do not identify a claim menu, button, or delivery method. They also do not state which character or server receives the rewards, so those details must be confirmed through official guidance rather than guessed.
- Contact official support if the entitlement is missing. Provide the purchase account and order information through AION 2’s official support channel, and ask how the pack is claimed and which character or server is eligible.
The official AION 2 support FAQ discusses pre-registration coupon codes, which can be redeemed in-game after launch. That guidance applies to those coupons, not to Founder’s Pack rewards: AION 2 pre-registration coupon FAQ.

The official global page says eligible players receive two launch celebration mounts automatically in their in-game mailbox. This statement is about those mounts only; it does not establish that Founder’s Pack rewards are mailed or delivered the same way.
