The quest may not be available on every route, so check your active route before advancing.
Recruit Creek
- Complete “My Late Sister’s Accessory” in Part I. RPG Site lists this subquest as a prerequisite for Creek. Its guide does not identify a universal chapter in which the quest appears, and says it may not be offered on every route.
- Defeat Creek in Part II: War, Chapter 2. After the prerequisite quest, defeating him in this battle recruits him, according to RPG Site’s recruitment guide, dated September 17, 2026.
Recruit Nathan
- Deploy Creek in Part II: War, Chapter 3.
- Have Creek land the finishing blow on Nathan. The guide identifies this as Nathan’s recruitment condition; it does not list a separate Support, Renown, gift, or negotiation requirement for this step.
If “My Late Sister’s Accessory” is unavailable
Route availability is not fully documented: the available guide does not provide a complete route-by-route quest chart or establish the quest’s exact appearance chapter. Check the quests available on your current route before progressing. Do not assume that another route’s quest path or a general recruitment condition will substitute for this prerequisite.

How this differs from general recruitment
Part I recruitment can involve Support or Renown levels, additional conditions such as money or items, subquests, paralogues, and story progress, with requirements varying by route. Those are general systems, not replacements for the specific Part II battle triggers listed above. An independent guide summarizing Nintendo’s public information notes that official materials do not provide a complete recruit list or exact route-trigger chart. The Creek and Nathan sequence here is therefore based on RPG Site’s character-specific guide rather than a complete official route matrix.
