If you accidentally sold an item to an NPC shop or deleted it in AION2 Global, request restoration through official PLAYNC customer support within 15 days of the loss. NC’s policy lists these cases as potentially restorable once per account per year, but recovery is conditional: support must be able to verify the loss in its records, and approval is not guaranteed.
Check how the item was lost
AION2 Global’s Operation Policy distinguishes mistaken NPC-shop sales and deletions from other kinds of loss. “Destroyed” is not a single policy category: an item lost during a failed enhancement, for example, is not eligible under the schedule.

Submit the request within 15 days
NC’s policy says to apply through the customer center within 15 days of the loss or alteration. The period includes the day the loss occurred; applying sooner is prudent because records may be harder to verify later, or verification may take significant time.
- Identify what happened. Note whether you sold the item to an NPC, deleted it, or lost it through another action. The policy outcomes differ by category.
- Open official support. Go to PLAYNC Support, select AION2 Global, and submit an inquiry. The support portal may require you to log in. The available guidance does not establish one universal in-game button or platform-specific menu path.
- Explain the incident accurately. Describe the item, what happened, and the approximate date. NC says it relies on retained game records to verify a loss; its published guidance does not prescribe a particular form-field checklist.
- Wait for the review. A request is not an automatic restoration. Support decides whether the case meets the policy conditions and can be verified.
Who can apply, and what can prevent recovery?
The affected account holder must submit the request; another person cannot apply on the account holder’s behalf. Even an eligible loss may not be restored if there is no retained record to verify it. NC also says restoration is not guaranteed and may be restricted in cases involving intentional losses or items that pose an exploit risk.

The annual limit applies to the listed eligible categories: NPC-shop sales, mistaken deletions, mistaken extraction, and mistaken material conversion are each described as restorable once per account per year. The schedule does not make ineligible categories recoverable simply because the request is timely or the allowance is unused.

A separate AION2 Korea notice addressed a particular NPC-shop selling-configuration problem. For that incident, qualifying restoration requests would not consume the annual allowance. That was a region- and incident-specific exception, not a general waiver for ordinary mistakes and not a rule established for AION2 Global.
