To recharge a Movilnet prepaid line online, use the “Recarga Movilnet” or “Recarga C2P” option on Movilnet’s official website, enter the phone number, complete payment through Pago Móvil C2P and confirm. Then check the line separately with Movilnet’s “Consulta Tu Saldo” form; a payment success message is not the same as confirmation that the carrier balance has updated.

Save the payment confirmation and any reference or transaction details. A Movilnet-hosted bank guide gives example success messages: “Su recarga ha sido realizado exitosamente” and “Su pago ha sido Ejecutado exitosamente.” These are evidence of a reported successful transaction, not proof by themselves that the prepaid balance has changed.

This carrier-side check tells you what balance Movilnet reports for the line. A payment confirmation and a balance lookup answer different questions: whether the payment was submitted successfully, and whether the carrier currently shows the credit.
If the balance has not changed

A Movilnet post lists WhatsApp, Instagram’s “Atención” highlight, [email protected] and @info_Movilnet, and gives weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The post is undated, so verify contact details and service hours on Movilnet’s official channels before relying on them.

Movilnet’s official channel has also named banks, authorized agents, Sistema Patria, Banco de Venezuela messaging, electronic wallets and electronic recharge. Those listings do not establish that every route is available now. Movilnet has published a notice that the Banesco recharge option was temporarily unavailable at the time of that notice, illustrating that channel status can change.
