Premium makes sense for players who expect to spend heavily on the game, want to begin during early access, and already know they want the announced expansion bundle. It is not automatically the best value: the benefit depends on whether you will use the VIP features, car packs and expansions enough to justify the higher price.
The publisher’s list establishes that those packs are part of the Premium offer, while the store wording says included expansion and car-pack content arrives as it is released. Treat Premium as an entitlement to the announced content, not a promise that every item is unlocked on January 21.

- Play through the opening prologue.

Expansion timing and what “included” means
