You cannot install the Heavily Armed High School Girls smartphone RPG yet. The game is JJK: 重兵装型女子高生 ワードレスレコード (JJK: Heavily Armed High School Girls – Wordless Record), an announced idle RPG for iOS and Android from NextNinja. As of October 16, 2026, it is in preregistration and has no announced release date. Register through the official site, then wait for the App Store and Google Play listings to appear.
When the launch listings go live, install the app on a supported phone and complete its onboarding. The announced design combines automatic or idle-RPG battles, everyday scenes viewed from a cat’s perspective, character voices and ASMR functions.

Searches for “Heavily Armed High School Girls” can be confusing because that phrase describes neco’s original character series, while the mobile title has a separate Japanese name. The app is officially announced as JJK: 重兵装型女子高生 ワードレスレコード. Its English rendering is JJK: Heavily Armed High School Girls – Wordless Record.

The official product information describes watching the girls from a cat’s viewpoint while experiencing “harsh battles and soothing everyday life.” That wording indicates an observation-focused idle structure rather than a conventional action game in which you directly steer a character through every attack.

Why you cannot play it yet
NextNinja’s announcement does not provide a launch day. The game therefore cannot be downloaded through a legitimate store listing at the time covered by the announcement. A webpage, video or social post claiming to offer a finished Android package or an iPhone installation before the official store release is not evidence that the game has launched.
Preregistration is an expression of interest, not an early-access download. It lets the publisher notify potential players and measure demand, but it does not unlock the game client. Do not sideload an APK, install an enterprise-signed iPhone package, or enter account details on a page that is not reached through the official game site.

- Record the confirmation. If the site displays a completion message or sends confirmation, keep it until launch. Preregistration does not itself install an app, so a confirmation page should not be mistaken for an executable download.
- Monitor official announcements. NextNinja identifies the official X account
@juheiso_gameand the game’s YouTube channel as announcement channels. Use those channels, together with the official site, for the store-launch notice.
No release date, launch-region list or preregistration reward is established in the published information. If a registration page presents a countdown, reward or deadline, treat that as a current page-specific detail and verify that it is hosted by the official domain before acting on it.
Installing on Android after the store listing appears
Android is a confirmed platform, but the game’s minimum Android version, processor requirements, storage footprint, supported countries and final Google Play URL have not been published. You will need to check those details on the live store listing rather than infer them from another NextNinja game.

- Open Google Play on the phone you will use. Search the complete title,

Confirm the supported Android version, required free space, age classification, country availability and any sign-in requirements shown there. - Check the developer and title. The listing should use the Japanese title or its official localized title and identify NextNinja. Compare the description with the announced idle-RPG, cat-viewpoint, voice and ASMR concept.
- Review compatibility and terms. Read the required iOS version, compatible iPhone or iPad models, app size, age rating, in-app purchase information and availability in your storefront. None of those values has been published in the available announcement.
- Tap Get and authenticate. Install through the App Store using the normal Apple ID confirmation. Do not install a configuration profile or enterprise package offered by an unrelated page.
- Launch and finish the tutorial. Keep the app open while its initial resources download, then follow the onboarding sequence. If the game supports account linking, use only the methods presented inside the official app.
Changing an Apple account’s country merely to find an unreleased app can create billing, subscription and previously purchased-app complications. Wait for an official regional listing unless NextNinja gives specific migration instructions.
How to distinguish the real listing from imitations
The title’s Japanese wording is the strongest search clue, but it should be combined with several checks. Before downloading, verify all of the following:
- The listing is reached through the official game website or an announcement from the identified official channels.
- The developer name is NextNinja, matching the announced publisher, developer and operator.
- The description refers to the Heavily Armed High School Girls property and the announced idle-RPG concept, rather than promising an unrelated action game.

NextNinja identifies Wordless Record as an idle RPG. In this format, progression normally continues through automated or low-input encounters, with the player returning to collect results, develop characters and advance the next activity. The announcement does not specify the battle controls, team size, resource economy, stamina rules or offline-reward duration, so those mechanics should not be assumed.
A cat’s viewpoint
The announced viewpoint is deliberately different from a commander’s or a character’s first-person perspective. You observe the armed schoolgirls as if you were a cat near them. That framing connects combat scenes with quieter moments in their daily lives and may make the game feel more like an interactive character experience than a sequence of menus alone.
Combat and everyday scenes
The concept pairs “harsh battles” with “soothing everyday life.” Battles are therefore one part of the loop, not the entire advertised experience. There is no evidence that one mobile platform will launch earlier, receive different content or have different pricing. Until both store pages are published, the only defensible platform conclusion is that NextNinja has announced support for both ecosystems.

- Open the official site and confirm that the announcement links to a store page.
- Check that the store developer is NextNinja and that the title matches the announced game.
- Read compatibility, region, rating, size and purchase information before pressing install.
- Free enough storage for the listed app and any additional download; the required amount is not yet known.
- Install over a stable connection and keep the phone powered during the first resource download.
- Complete onboarding before changing devices or deleting the app, because the save-transfer method has not been announced.
- Save the publisher’s support route from the official listing if you encounter an account or payment problem.
Troubleshooting common pre-launch and launch problems
“I cannot find the game in the store.”
Before the official listing exists, this is expected. After an announced launch, verify the exact Japanese title, check the country attached to your store account, and open the link from the official site. If the page says the app is unavailable in your region, there is no published evidence that a workaround is supported.

“The store says my phone is incompatible.”
Compare your operating-system version and model with the final store requirements. Do not infer compatibility from another phone or from an unofficial APK. If the listing supplies no explanation, use the publisher’s support route rather than bypassing the store’s restriction.
“The download stops or the app closes during first launch.”
Check the store’s stated free-space requirement, use a reliable connection, update the operating system within the supported range and restart the device. If the problem continues, capture the exact error and consult the support information attached to the official listing. The announcement does not provide game-specific error codes or fixes.
“The voices or ASMR audio are silent.”
Check the phone’s media volume, silent or focus settings, Bluetooth output and the game’s own audio controls. If the app offers separate voice or ASMR toggles, confirm that they are enabled. The published announcement confirms these functions are planned but does not document their final settings.

NextNinja also identifies @juheiso_game on X and the game’s YouTube channel as announcement sources. Check those channels for the release notice rather than relying on search snippets, reposted screenshots or third-party download pages.
The underlying franchise is neco’s Heavily Armed High School Girls series. Familiarity with that artwork may explain the characters and visual identity, but it does not change the app’s release status: the smartphone RPG remains a preregistered, announced title until NextNinja publishes the store launch.
