Each has a separate account portal; Samsung.com checkout and Samsung Wallet are not substitutes for paying an existing bill.
Identify which Samsung bill you have
Look at the provider name on your statement or financing agreement before signing in. The route depends on the account, not simply on the fact that the purchase was made from Samsung.

Where do I pay my Samsung Financing bill?
Samsung says its Finance accounts are managed through TD Bank. Sign in to the financing account through Samsung’s account-management page and use the account statement to check the amount due and due date. Samsung’s guidance is direct: “Access your financing account to see when your bill is due.” See Samsung’s due-date help page for that instruction.

Use the financing account associated with the agreement. If you cannot access it because your financing account is not linked to the Samsung Account you are using, Samsung’s account help directs customers to contact Samsung Customer Care for assistance rather than assuming the two logins are interchangeable.

How do I pay for a Samsung order financed through Affirm?
An Affirm-financed order has a separate plan from Samsung Financing. Sign in to Affirm to review the plan and its payment schedule, then follow the payment options shown in that account. Samsung’s instructions do not make the TD Bank financing portal the place to manage an Affirm plan.
How do I pay my Samsung Galaxy Card bill?
Samsung says Barclays handles Galaxy Card billing and payment servicing. Use the Galaxy Card support page to reach Barclays card resources for statements, bill payment, and automatic-payment options. The exact enrollment steps depend on the current Barclays servicing portal, so follow the instructions there rather than relying on an assumed menu path.

For a question about a card statement or a payment that has not appeared as expected, contact Barclays through its card support resources. Samsung Support is the appropriate route for a technical issue with Samsung Wallet, not for card-account servicing.

Samsung.com checkout offers payment choices for a new order, and the available options depend on the cart. Samsung lists methods such as cards, PayPal, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Samsung Financing, carrier financing, Affirm, and Klarna on its payment-options page. Those are checkout methods, not instructions for paying an existing statement. Terms for a new financing offer also do not replace the agreement and statement for an account already open.

Samsung Wallet lets customers make purchases using enrolled payment cards. It is not identified as the account portal for a Samsung Financing balance or Galaxy Card bill. If a Wallet purchase is cancelled, Samsung says the merchant’s and card issuer’s policies govern the cancellation; that does not change how the underlying card account is serviced. - Check the statement or financing agreement for the provider: TD Bank, Affirm, or Barclays.
- Open the corresponding account or servicing page above and sign in to review the statement or payment plan.
- If you cannot access the account or have a payment or billing question, use that provider’s account-support route. Do not assume Samsung checkout or Wallet can manage the bill.
