Pay a Hajj amount only through the payment route shown in the pilgrim’s authenticated official account or specified by the Ministry for that country and season. Before submitting, match the package, amount, currency and deadline; afterward, save the platform confirmation and transaction record, then check the booking or wallet history. Instalment availability and payment deadlines are not universal.
Use the official payment route for your booking
Start at the official Nusuk Hajj platform, reached through an official government or Ministry page, or by entering its known address yourself. Check that the page uses HTTPS and the Saudi .sa domain, as advised in the Nusuk Hajj terms. Do not pay through an unsolicited link or transfer money to an individual who claims to represent a campaign.

Payment rules depend on where you are booking, your package and the Hajj season. Nusuk’s terms describe credit-card payment and adding funds to the platform e-wallet. For domestic Hajj 1447 in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry’s 4 March 2026 announcement specified SADAD. These are not interchangeable universal options: follow the method displayed in your own authenticated checkout or named in the applicable Ministry notice.
Check the amount and deadline before paying
- Sign in to the pilgrim’s own official account. Keep the password and any security codes private; Nusuk advises users to protect account credentials and contact support if they may have been compromised.
- Match the booking details. Confirm the account holder, package, amount due, currency and payment reference against the live checkout or official invoice. If any detail differs, stop and ask official support before sending money.
- Check the due date and payment window shown for this booking. For domestic Hajj 1447, the Ministry announced a 72-hour payment deadline through a specified date, followed by a six-hour window; bookings not paid within the applicable window would be cancelled automatically. That was a season-specific notice, not a standing deadline for all pilgrims.
- Choose only an option in the authenticated payment flow. A government listing for the wallet describes card, bank transfer, SADAD and certified cash-collection options for wallet top-ups, but their availability depends on the relevant service and booking. Do not assume a wallet top-up route is also available for direct package payment.
- Submit once and wait for the result. If the transaction is pending or the status is unclear, do not immediately pay again. Check the account history and contact official support with the transaction reference.
Can you pay for Hajj in instalments?
Do not assume an instalment plan is available to every pilgrim. The sources do not establish current instalment schedules, amounts or dates across countries and packages. Check the live official checkout and the current season announcement for your market; if no schedule is shown, contact official support before transferring funds.

A Ministry announcement dated 11 February 2024 described full or partial payment for domestic bookings under the terms then in effect and said an invoice was sent by text message. That historical arrangement is not evidence that a current booking offers partial payment. Use only the amount and schedule confirmed for your own booking.
Keep proof, then verify the booking
After paying, wait for the official confirmation and check that the booking or wallet record reflects the transaction. Nusuk’s FAQ and the government wallet service listing describe access to wallet transaction history. Save copies of:

- the platform confirmation or completed-payment screen;
- the invoice or payment reference, including the amount and date;
- the matching bank, card or other payment-provider transaction entry.
A screenshot or PDF is practical; the official sources do not prescribe a particular receipt format or retention period. Keep the files somewhere private and accessible to the person managing the booking. If the payment appears in your bank or card account but not in Nusuk, retain that record and ask official support to check the reference rather than making a second payment.

The Nusuk terms state that the cancellation grace period for individual packages is 72 hours from purchase or until booking closure, whichever is closer. They say a refund request may take up to 45 working days; Visa and Mastercard refunds go back to the same card, while wallet refunds incur a 2% processing fee excluding tax. The terms also reserve the right to change cancellation and refund policies, so read the current policy and package-specific terms before paying.

If confirmation is missing, a payment remains pending or account access may be compromised, use the support options listed on the official Nusuk Hajj FAQ: live chat (listed as available all week with immediate response), support email (stated response within 24 hours), or the 24/7 call center at +966 9200 31201. Give support the relevant booking and transaction reference. Never disclose your password or one-time security code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
