Turn on Nothing Headphone (1) Pro, then hold its Bluetooth pairing button until the white LED flashes. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, laptop, or tablet, scan for nearby devices, and select Nothing Headphone (1) Pro. Accept a pairing prompt if one appears.
Pair the headphones over Bluetooth
- Turn on the headphones using the power switch.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button until the white LED flashes. That flashing light indicates pairing mode, according to Nothing Support.
- On your phone, laptop, or tablet, open its Bluetooth settings and scan for nearby devices.
- Select Nothing Headphone (1) Pro from the device list. Accept a pairing prompt if your device displays one.
Menu labels and prompts vary by operating system. Look for the Bluetooth device list rather than expecting the same wording on every device.

Compatibility and faster setup options
Nothing lists compatibility with iOS and Android, along with Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, and Apple MFi one-tap setup on its Headphone (1) Pro product page. Fast Pair is available on supported Android devices and requires Google Play services; Nothing states compatibility back to Android Marshmallow (Android 6.0), subject to device and software support. Swift Pair applies to supported Windows devices. These setup options can simplify discovery, but the standard Bluetooth device-list method above is the general fallback.

Connect to a phone and another device
Headphone (1) Pro supports dual connection, which lets you set it up for use with two devices, such as a phone and computer. Nothing says dual connection is off by default; enable it in the Nothing X app. This feature is separate from ordinary pairing with one device. Nothing confirms dual connection support, but does not specify that all device combinations behave identically or that two devices can play audio simultaneously.

If pairing does not complete
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the phone, computer, or tablet.
- Put the headphones back into pairing mode by holding the Bluetooth pairing button until the white LED flashes, then scan again.
- Select the exact device name, Nothing Headphone (1) Pro, and accept any prompt shown on the source device.
- If these steps do not work, consult Nothing Support for model-specific recovery instructions.
Use a wired connection instead
If you prefer not to use Bluetooth or Bluetooth is unavailable, Nothing lists both USB-C audio and 3.5 mm Aux-In as supported wired connections. The box includes a USB-C cable and a 3.5 mm audio cable. These are alternatives to wireless pairing, not prerequisites for it.
