Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or laptop, put the Hoppup AirDoze E51 into pairing mode using the instructions in its included manual, then choose the earbuds’ displayed name from the device’s Bluetooth list. The exact E51 pairing gesture and Bluetooth name have not been verified, so don’t assume a particular tap pattern or name.
Before you start
- Charge the earbuds and case as directed in the E51 manual.
- Keep the earbuds near the phone or laptop during setup.
- Make sure the host device has Bluetooth. On a Windows computer without built-in Bluetooth, a compatible USB Bluetooth adapter can provide it.
- Have the E51’s included user manual available: the exact control used to make this model discoverable is not established here.

Pair the E51 with your device
- Enable Bluetooth. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or laptop and turn Bluetooth on. On Windows, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and switch Bluetooth on. If that setting is unavailable, check whether the PC supports Bluetooth.
- Put the earbuds into pairing mode. Follow the E51-specific instructions in its included manual. The E51’s precise button or touch gesture and indicator-light behavior are not confirmed, so do not rely on steps for another HOPPUP model.
- Choose the earbuds from the Bluetooth list. In the device’s Bluetooth settings, select the name that appears for your AirDoze E51. The exact displayed name has not been established; select the entry shown while the earbuds are in pairing mode rather than assuming a particular label.
- Check the connection. Once the device reports that it is connected, try playing audio. If the earbuds do not appear or the connection does not complete, use the troubleshooting steps below.

If the E51 does not appear or connect
Check the laptop or phone first
- Confirm Bluetooth is switched on and the device is in its Bluetooth settings screen.
- If you are using Windows, verify that the computer has Bluetooth hardware. Use a compatible USB Bluetooth adapter if it does not.
- Keep the earbuds close to the host device and follow the manual’s charging guidance.
Check whether the earbuds are discoverable
Bluetooth being enabled on the phone or laptop does not by itself put the E51 into pairing mode. Follow the E51 manual’s model-specific steps, then refresh or reopen the Bluetooth device list. If the earbuds remain missing, consult the manual for its reset procedure; the E51 reset gesture is not confirmed here.
