Check the result before erasing or trading in the old phone. App installation and app data are not guaranteed to carry over exactly.
Before you start
- Open EasyShare on both phones. If your old phone is an iPhone, the vivo manual says to install EasyShare on it before beginning.
- Make sure the new iQOO has enough free storage for the items you intend to move. Keep both phones powered and follow the connection prompts on screen.
- Review the data already on your new phone. The vivo manual warns that transferred data for the same apps can overwrite that app’s existing data on the destination.
- For large or important transfers, keep the old phone intact until you have checked the transferred items on the iQOO.
EasyShare’s privacy terms describe a device hotspot connection for basic clone and backup/restore features, while its product page says transfers do not use data. This refers to the transfer not using mobile data; the phones still need to establish the connection shown in EasyShare. Available features may vary by country, region, and software version. Transfer data with EasyShare Phone Clone
- Open EasyShare on both phones. Install it first on the iPhone if that is your old device.
- Choose Phone Clone. On the old device, select Old phone; on the new iQOO, select New phone.
- Pair the phones. The old phone displays a QR code. Use the new iQOO to scan it. If prompted, enter the old phone’s screen-lock password or PIN.
- Choose what to move. On the old phone, review the available categories, select the items you want, and start Phone Clone.
- Wait for the prompts to finish. Keep both phones connected and powered until EasyShare indicates the transfer is complete.
- Verify the result. Check contacts and photos, then review apps and other important items before wiping or giving away the old phone.
These steps follow vivo’s EasyShare support instructions and an official vivo phone manual. Menu names and available categories can differ on your iQOO model, software version, or in your region; use the options shown in your own EasyShare app.

EasyShare presents selectable data categories, rather than a guarantee that every item on the old phone will be reproduced on the new one. The older vivo manual specifically identifies contacts, messages, and photos as importable. The service’s privacy terms list content it may process for basic cloning and backup/restore, including contacts, SMS, calendar, images, video, audio, music, applications, settings, call records, notes, and files. That list does not establish that every category is available on every phone or that every app’s private data will work identically after migration.

Apps may not install automatically
vivo’s support instructions say that permission limitations can prevent transferred apps from installing automatically. If an app is missing, check Files > Apps on the new phone and install it manually if it appears there.
Existing app data can be overwritten
The vivo manual warns: “When file transfer is complete, the data of the same apps on the new phone will be overwritten.” If the new iQOO already contains app data you want to keep, consider that risk before selecting app data for transfer.
iPhone transfers depend on the options shown
The manual instructs iPhone users to install EasyShare on the old phone, but it does not establish that every iPhone content type can be moved. Check the categories EasyShare actually offers during your transfer instead of assuming all iPhone data is supported.

How long will the transfer take?
EasyShare advertises a maximum transfer speed of “up to 40 MB/s.” That is a vendor-stated ceiling, not a typical rate or a promise about how long your transfer will take; the page does not provide a duration for a particular phone pair or amount of data. Allow the transfer to finish according to the phones’ prompts rather than relying on a time estimate. EasyShare product page

When to use EasyShare on a computer instead
Phone-to-phone QR cloning is the direct route for moving data to a new iQOO. If you want a separate backup checkpoint or cannot use the direct route, vivo also documents EasyShare computer backup and restore using a PC connection over USB or Wi-Fi. This is an optional alternative; a cable is not required for the basic phone-to-phone clone.
