Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsTo hear about ticket sales, start with the event’s official ticket seller: sign in, follow the artist, team, venue, or event, enable the seller’s alerts, and set an event-specific sale reminder if one is offered. If standard tickets are sold out, check the official event page for resale listings and look for a waitlist from the artist, promoter, or venue. These options can help you avoid constant refreshing, but a sale reminder is not necessarily an alert for each new resale listing, and no alert guarantees tickets.
Start with the event’s official ticket seller
Find the event page through the artist, team, venue, or organizer, then confirm which seller handles its primary tickets. Ticketmaster notes that tickets may also be sold through a venue box office or another primary provider, and that it does not control inventory. One ticketing site therefore may not show every available ticket.

Create or sign in to the seller account before a scheduled sale. Follow the relevant artist, team, venue, or event and opt into the alerts available for it. Keep your account email and phone number current, and allow app notifications or text messages if you want to receive alerts through those channels. Labels and controls can differ by app, event, and market.
Set a reminder for a scheduled sale
Ticketmaster event reminders
For events with the option, Ticketmaster’s instructions are to sign in, open the event, select the show and sale you want, then choose Set Reminder. Ticketmaster says it sends a text one hour before the sale with a direct link to the sale page. Its December 2025 business article describes this feature as available for concert events in the United States and Canada; availability is not guaranteed for every concert or account.
#1 Best Overall
- Advanced Fall Detection for Seniors Safety：Designed specifically as a life-saving fall alert device for elderly users, this smart watch automatically senses sudden falls and triggers an SOS alarm. It sends immediate notifications to preset emergency contacts, ensuring rapid assistance even if the wearer cannot press the button manually — providing peace of mind for families concerned about independent living safety.
- Real-Time GPS Tracking & Geo-Fencing：Featuring precise GPS positioning, this tracker for seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's allows caregivers to monitor location in real time via the mobile app. Set up safe electronic fence zones to receive instant alerts if your loved one wanders outside designated areas, making it an essential safety tool for memory care and preventing lost incidents.
- Two-Way Voice Communication：Stay connected with clear two-way voice chat. Unlike traditional medical alert systems, this smart watch works with both iPhone and Android, allowing seniors to easily answer calls or send voice messages to family members without needing a separate smartphone — fostering better emotional connection and daily reassurance.
- Comprehensive Health Monitoring：Beyond safety, this device serves as a daily health companion with integrated heart rate monitoring and blood pressure reference. The built-in pedometer encourages activity, while the sedentary reminder helps maintain a healthy lifestyle. All health data syncs to the app, allowing caregivers to keep an eye on physical well-being remotely.
- Easy-to-Use & Waterproof Design：Engineered for senior usability, the watch features a large, high-contrast touchscreen and a simple interface. It is IP67 waterproof, suitable for daily wear including hand washing or rain. The magnetic charging cable makes powering up effortless for hands with limited dexterity, ensuring the device is always ready to protect.
A reminder is useful for a scheduled primary sale or presale. It does not mean you will be notified whenever another buyer lists a ticket for resale or whenever an organizer releases additional inventory. Ticketmaster reported in December 2025 that 61% of fans who set a reminder joined the queue and 29% made a purchase. These are figures reported by Ticketmaster, not independent results or a guarantee of what an individual buyer will experience.
Other account and app alerts
Ticketmaster describes account alerts and a Watchlist for following favorite performers, teams, and venues, including sale, presale, and event reminders. Treat these as a way to keep track of relevant events, then check the individual event page for the specific sale and reminder options available to you.

Check for tickets after an event appears sold out
Revisit the official event page and resale listings
“Sold out” describes the inventory status at a point in time. Organizers may release additional tickets or announce more dates later, and tickets may also appear through official resale. Recheck the primary seller’s event page rather than assuming the status is permanent.

AXS says its Official Resale listings appear on the event page or seat map for select events. It recommends checking a sold-out event page for fan listings that may appear as late as event day. This guidance does not establish an automatic notification for every new listing, so checking the page again may still be necessary. Resale is not enabled for every event.

Look for an artist, promoter, or venue waitlist
Check the artist’s, promoter’s, venue’s, or ticket seller’s event page for a waitlist. Ticketmaster’s announcement about its Seated partnership describes artist-managed lists used to distribute some late-release inventory, such as production holds. These lists depend on the participating artist or promoter; they are not available for every event and do not promise that tickets will be released.
Choose the alert method that matches the ticket you want
| Method | What it can cover | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Seller account alerts or Watchlist | Followed artists, teams, venues, events, sales, or presales, depending on the seller’s options | Convenient for tracking events and sale announcements; exact controls and coverage vary. |
| Event-specific sale reminder | A selected scheduled sale or presale | Ticketmaster says eligible reminders send a text one hour before the sale. This is not an alert for every new resale listing. |
| Official resale page or seat map | Resale inventory shown for events where the seller enables it | Listings may appear later, including near event day, but you may need to check the page yourself. |
| Artist-, promoter-, or venue-managed waitlist | Possible late-release inventory for participating events | Availability and distribution are controlled by the participating organizer; a list does not guarantee a ticket or notification. |
| Ticketmaster Inventory Status API | Developer-facing availability status lookup for supported sources and markets | It is not established as a general consumer alert service or a guarantee of real-time notification. Event IDs must match the correct ticketing source and market. |
Can you get alerts whenever resale tickets are listed?
The official guidance covered here does not establish a general consumer feature that alerts buyers to each newly posted resale listing. Ticketmaster’s sale reminders are for scheduled sales, while AXS recommends revisiting the event page for fan resale listings. If resale is your priority, check the official event page periodically and use any event-specific notification option the seller actually offers; do not assume a sale reminder watches resale inventory.

For developers: monitor inventory status carefully
Ticketmaster’s Inventory Status API is a developer-facing way to look up availability status. Its documentation cautions that combining event IDs across ticketing sources or regions can produce incorrect status lookups. Match each ID to the appropriate source and market, and verify what the API supports before building alerts around it. The documented status lookup should not be treated as a universal, guaranteed real-time alert feed.

If you’re building a workflow to capture ticket-page screenshots for monitoring, ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server. It is not a ticket-availability feed; it captures a page when you request it. One GET request returns an image or PDF, and the API can be used alongside your own monitoring logic. Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Ticketmaster reminder guarantee that I can buy tickets?
No. It is a notice before a scheduled sale, not a reservation or a guarantee that tickets will remain available when you join.
Does ScreenshotNeo tell me when tickets become available?
No. ScreenshotNeo captures a webpage on request; ticket availability monitoring or alert logic would need to come from your own workflow.
