Before reusing a robot, check that the pages are alike
A robot trained for one page can often be reused on other pages with a consistent or similar layout—for example, category pages that show the same kinds of fields in the same places. Reusing a robot does not mean one setup will reliably extract data from unrelated designs or pages that require different navigation. If the structure or required inputs differ substantially, use separate robots or workflows.

Start with a representative page and confirm that the robot captures the fields or changes you care about. Then apply it to other pages with compatible structures and inputs.
Choose a multi-URL monitoring route

Set up separate monitors for a small set of URLs
- Choose a representative page. Train or select a robot and verify its extraction against the fields you need.
- Add a monitor for each target. In the robot’s monitoring setup, provide that target’s Origin URL and the inputs expected by the robot.
- Set each schedule. Browse AI’s API documentation says a robot can have multiple monitors, and that each monitor can use different input parameters and a different schedule. Choose a cadence that suits the page and your need to detect changes.
- Review results. Check the Monitor tab and the available monitoring history or results in your account. Confirm that each URL is being checked and that the extracted fields are correct.
Set up Bulk Monitor from a CSV in Tables
For a larger list of similar pages, Browse AI’s help article describes creating Bulk Monitor directly in Tables. The feature’s availability is the main caveat: the article says it was in private beta and advises contacting support to have it enabled.

- Prepare a CSV with an Origin URL column and any other columns needed to supply the robot’s expected inputs.
- In Tables, select the robot and import the CSV.
- Map the CSV columns to the robot’s inputs.
- Configure the monitoring preferences and start extraction.
- Check the results and confirm that monitors were created for the intended URLs.
Turn an existing bulk run into monitors
- Open the bulk-run task.
- Choose View data in tables.
- Select Manage monitoring, then Config monitoring for all.
- Set the monitoring preferences and confirm.
- Check the Monitor tab for the resulting monitors.
Bulk runs are queued. Browse AI’s help article advises checking that the account has enough credits and reviewing task logs if a run fails. Keeping URLs structurally consistent can also help avoid problems.
Schedules, alerts, and reviewing changes
Browse AI describes basic schedules such as daily or weekly, as well as advanced RRULE scheduling for more complex timing. Its monitoring page also lists minute, hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, plus email notifications for detected changes. The options available to you may depend on the current account and feature access.

Browse AI presents detected changes with color cues: green for new content, yellow for modified content, and red for removed content. Results and history are available through the account’s monitoring views, including Tables or History. The monitoring page lists CSV, JSON, AWS S3, API, webhooks, Google Sheets, and Airtable as access or integration options; verify current availability and retention in your account before depending on a particular destination.

Browse AI publishes several different capacity figures for different workflows. They are vendor-stated limits or plan descriptions, not guarantees that every account can use every route:

- The Bulk Monitor help article describes monitoring up to 500,000 URLs. It was published in 2025 and labels the feature private beta; treat the number as a stated product ceiling, not an entitlement for every plan or use case.
- Browse AI’s monitoring page, accessed in 2026, advertises monitoring up to 500,000 pages for similar pages.
- The API documentation, accessed in 2026, separately states that API bulk runs can handle 50,000 tasks at once. This is a different workflow and figure from Bulk Monitor.
- The bulk-run help article, dated November 18, 2025, says CSV imports may contain up to 500,000 input-parameter sets. Bulk-run tasks are queued.
These figures refer to different features and should not be treated as interchangeable. Check the current account limits, feature availability, and credit requirements before scheduling a large deployment. The monitoring page accessed in 2026 describes a free plan with 50 credits per month and two domains; it says standard sites cost one credit per check for up to 10 rows or one screenshot, while premium sites may use 2–10 credits. Plan details can change, so verify the current pricing and account settings.
Troubleshooting multi-URL monitoring
- Bulk Monitor is missing. The help article dated March 29, 2025 says the feature was in private beta and support could enable it. Check with Browse AI support about current access.
- A URL fails or returns unexpected fields. Confirm that the page has a structure compatible with the robot and that the CSV’s Origin URL and input columns are mapped correctly. Use separate robots or workflows when layouts or navigation differ.
- A bulk run fails or remains queued. Bulk-run tasks are queued; check credit availability and task logs, and standardize URLs where possible.
- Monitoring runs at the wrong cadence. Review the schedule on each monitor. A single robot can have monitors with different schedules, so do not assume changing one monitor changes the others.
- Results or integrations are unavailable. Check the account’s current feature access and retention settings; published integration options do not establish that every option is enabled for every account.
