Make a sequence of clear Hindi offer cards, turn them into a repeating visual, and send it to YouTube Live through OBS or another encoder. Before you publish, verify every product name, pack size, price, offer date, stock limit, and condition with the shop. A pinned chat message can carry ordering details while the cards display the offers.
1. Verify each offer before designing it
Ask the shop to confirm the exact details for every item. A polished card is only useful if its information is current and accurate.

- Product and brand name, using the shop’s supplied spelling.
- Pack size, weight, or unit, such as per kilogram or per packet.
- Regular price and offer price, if both apply.
- Offer start and end dates, stock limits, and any conditions.
- A correct ordering or contact route, if the shop wants viewers to use one.
Do not invent a discount, stock claim, or ordering channel. If an offer changes, update or remove its card before it is shown again.
2. Write readable Hindi product labels
Keep the product and price easy to find
Use a short Hindi product label and make the price prominent. Preserve brand names as supplied by the shop. If viewers may recognize a product more easily by its English name, add a smaller English identifier, but avoid crowding the card with duplicate text.

Check spelling and meaning
Have a fluent Hindi reader review every card, including numerals, units, dates, and offer conditions. Check that the wording says exactly what the shop intends; a mistranslated unit or condition can mislead customers.
Design for a phone screen
Use strong contrast, a simple layout, and large enough type to read at a glance. Give each card enough screen time for a mobile viewer to understand it. There is no source-established universal font size, contrast ratio, or card duration for this use, so review the cards on a phone-sized preview rather than relying on a fixed number.

3. Choose how the offer cards will repeat

Either approach can work. Keep the offer sequence visually separate from chat, and make the validity period legible wherever a viewer might mistake an old offer for a current one.
4. Set up the YouTube Live broadcast
YouTube lists encoder streaming as one way to go live. Its current Help page says a channel must be verified, have no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days, and meet the minimum age requirement of 16. Requirements and interface labels can change, so check YouTube’s live-streaming setup and eligibility guidance before the event.

- Open YouTube Studio and go to the Live Control Room. Create or schedule the broadcast and follow the current on-screen instructions for encoder streaming.
- In OBS, use the YouTube account-linking option or select YouTube RTMPS, following the current OBS and YouTube prompts. The OBS connection process can change between software versions.
- Use the stream key and server details provided by YouTube’s Live Control Room. Treat the key like a password: do not show it on a card, in a screen capture, or in the broadcast.
- Load the repeating video or prepare the scene sequence. Check the preview for card order, Hindi spelling, offer validity, and whether any unwanted desktop or private information is visible.
- Check the audio choice. If the stream is intended to be silent, confirm that no microphone or desktop audio is being sent accidentally; if narration is intended, confirm it can be heard in the preview.
- Start the encoder and wait for YouTube’s preview and status to indicate that the incoming stream is ready. Review the broadcast once more before making it public.

5. Keep ordering details in chat—or add an optional overlay
Pin an order message in YouTube chat
YouTube Live chat lets a creator pin their own message or a viewer’s message, but only one message can be pinned at a time. Pin a concise, verified ordering or contact instruction so viewers can refer to it while the offer cards continue. This message appears in chat; it is not part of the video image.

Put chat on the video only if it helps
If you want chat itself visible in the stream composition, OBS’s FAQ points to third-party chat overlays added as a Browser Source; OBS does not directly provide a facility to show stream chat in its own chat window. An overlay is optional and may take space away from the offer cards. See the OBS Project FAQ on adding chat to a stream for the distinction and setup approach.

- Watch the YouTube preview and chat while the broadcast is live.
- If the shop confirms a price, stock, or condition has changed, replace or remove the outdated card rather than letting it continue to loop.
- Check that the pinned order message still points viewers to a valid route.
- When the event is over, end the broadcast using the current YouTube Studio controls.
