You can run Bengali music videos continuously on YouTube Live by sending a playlist of prerecorded videos through a live encoder. Before setting up the stream, confirm that the channel is eligible to go live and that you have the necessary rights to broadcast both the music and the recordings. Then configure YouTube Live Control Room and your encoder, test the playlist and stream health, and plan for someone to respond to interruptions.
Before you start: check live eligibility and music rights
Make sure the channel can stream
YouTube says a channel must be verified and have had no live-stream restrictions in the previous 90 days to stream. Its setup guidance also says streamers must be at least 16 years old. Check eligibility before investing time in a continuous setup: YouTube’s live-stream setup requirements.

Clear the Bengali music and recordings for live use
Being able to play or upload a song does not establish the right to broadcast it as a live stream. Confirm that your permissions cover the relevant composition and sound recording, the intended territory and duration, live streaming, and whether YouTube may keep an archived replay. YouTube’s live terms place responsibility on the provider to hold the necessary rights, including music rights from artists, labels, publishers, and other participants: YouTube live-stream terms.
Ask the rights holder about its Content ID process before testing publicly. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content; if a licensed channel is not on the rights holder’s allowlist, the live stream can still be interrupted. See YouTube’s live copyright guidance.

Do not treat permission as a monetization guarantee
Copyright permission and YouTube Partner Program eligibility are separate questions. YouTube’s monetization policy says repetitive or mass-produced content may be ineligible, and it identifies collections of songs from different artists as an example of reused content that may not qualify even when the creator has permission. Review YouTube’s channel monetization policies. Acceptance into the program, rights clearance, advertiser suitability, and whether ads actually serve are distinct; YouTube does not guarantee live ad slots will serve.
Prepare a playlist You can lawfully broadcast
Organize and document your source videos
Build a playlist from video files you are authorized to use in a YouTube live broadcast. Keep the relevant license or written permission together, including any limits on territories, dates, live use, and archived playback. If a label or other rights holder needs to allowlist your channel in Content ID, arrange that before the first public test.

Choose an operating method
YouTube supports encoder-based streaming, a practical route for sending a playlist and managing overlays or other production elements. With a do-it-yourself setup, a computer plays the files while encoder software sends the broadcast to YouTube. Choose equipment that can play your source files smoothly and run your selected encoder; the appropriate capacity depends on the media and settings you choose, so there is no single hardware specification established here.
For a continuous broadcast, decide who will check alerts, stream health, playlist transitions, and rights-holder notices. The YouTube guidance cited here does not establish an official feature that guarantees unattended 24/7 looping or recovery.

Create the YouTube live stream and configure the encoder
- Open YouTube Live Control Room. Create a live stream or schedule one, then select an encoder-based setup. Follow the current prompts in the control room for the stream and ingest details.
- Connect the encoder securely. YouTube recommends RTMPS, a secure extension to RTMP. Use the ingest address and stream key shown for your stream in Live Control Room. Treat the stream key like a password: do not publish it or share it with people who do not need access.
- Load the playlist into your playback and encoder workflow. Set the source to play the authorized prerecorded videos in the intended order. If you use overlays or other production elements, check that they do not obscure important video content or disrupt transitions.
- Set video encoding deliberately. YouTube recommends constant bitrate (CBR), up to 60 frames per second, and a keyframe interval of 2 seconds; do not exceed 4 seconds. Its current H.264 recommendations include the following bitrate values:

These are YouTube’s recommended H.264 configuration values, not a promise that a particular connection or encoder will deliver a stable stream. Select a resolution and frame rate your source, encoder, and upload connection can sustain. For the latest supported codecs, audio options, protocol, and resolution-specific guidance, consult YouTube’s encoder settings and bitrate recommendations.
- Check audio and network capacity. Test with material that has similar audio and motion to the actual playlist. Use a speed test as a capacity check, and leave upload headroom for network variation rather than setting the stream at the connection’s apparent maximum.
- Start a controlled test and inspect it. Use a private, unlisted, or otherwise controlled test where appropriate. Listen for clipping, silence, or level changes; watch video motion and playlist transitions; and check stream health in Live Control Room before relying on the setup.
- Start the public broadcast only after the checks pass. Confirm the correct stream is live, keep a responsible person available for alerts and interruptions, and avoid promising viewers uninterrupted service.
Operate the stream and handle archives carefully
Plan for interruptions and playlist problems
A 24/7 schedule does not remove the need to monitor the broadcast. Check the live control room and the actual output for stream-health warnings, failed transitions, missing audio, or a stopped encoder. When a problem occurs, identify whether the issue is the source playlist, local playback or encoding, internet connection, YouTube ingest, or a rights notice before restarting.

Decide whether to keep a replay
If you archive the live broadcast, make sure your rights also cover the replay. YouTube notes that archived streams may receive Content ID claims after the live stream ends. A successful live test therefore does not settle the rights status of the archive.

- You cannot start a live stream: check channel verification, whether a live restriction applies, and the age requirement in YouTube’s eligibility guidance.
- The stream is interrupted despite a license: ask the rights holder whether it must add your channel to its Content ID allowlist, and confirm that the permission covers live use. A license alone may not prevent an automated interruption.
- Stream health is poor or the picture stutters: compare your encoder’s settings with YouTube’s current recommendations, check that CBR and the keyframe interval are set appropriately, and reduce the output demands if your connection or system cannot sustain them. Leave upload headroom and retest.
- Music is silent, distorted, or uneven: check the source file and encoder audio path, then listen to a representative test stream rather than relying only on meters or local playback.
- The playlist stops or a transition fails: verify that the playback workflow reaches the next file and that the encoder continues sending video and audio. Keep a person responsible for responding; the cited YouTube guidance does not guarantee unattended looping or recovery.
- The channel is not monetized or ads do not appear: rights permission does not guarantee YPP approval, and YouTube reviews a channel against its monetization policies. Repetitive music collections may be ineligible, and live ad slots are not guaranteed to serve.
