You can loop Telugu movie songs on a 24/7 YouTube livestream by sending a repeating playlist through an encoder or cloud playout service—but only after securing rights for every recording and any film visuals. A loop setting does not grant permission: YouTube requires the necessary rights for worldwide use on Google services, and live copyright matches can interrupt or end a stream.
Clear the rights before building the loop
Telugu movie songs involve rights that may be held by different parties, including record labels, publishers, artists, and other royalty participants. Movie clips, posters, stills, and other film visuals may require separate permission. YouTube’s Livestream terms and conditions say the provider must have the necessary rights for worldwide exploitation on Google services.

Get written permission for each song recording and visual, and confirm it covers a continuous YouTube livestream, the intended territories, and the planned duration. If you will leave the replay available after the broadcast, include that use in the permission too. Ask the rights holder whether your channel must be added to its Content ID allowlist.

If you cannot get permission for film songs
Use original music, public-domain works, or tracks with a license that expressly covers livestreaming. YouTube points creators to its Audio Library, original music, Creator Music where available, and carefully checked third-party licenses. A track being described as “free” does not establish that it is cleared for your use, and crediting its creator in the description is not a substitute for permission. Check the license scope, territories, duration, archive rights, and any monetization limits.

Know what YouTube’s copyright checks can do
YouTube says it scans live streams for third-party content. When it detects a match, it may replace the broadcast with a placeholder image and issue a warning; if the material remains, the stream may be interrupted or terminated. A license does not necessarily prevent a live interruption: YouTube says the rights owner should add the channel to its Content ID allowlist, or the stream may still be interrupted. See YouTube’s guidance on copyrighted content in live streams.
A successful start—or no immediate warning—is not proof that the material is cleared. YouTube also notes that archived live streams can receive Content ID claims after the live broadcast ends.

Set up the YouTube livestream
Check that the channel can go live
YouTube’s live streaming getting-started guidance says the channel must be verified and must not have a live-stream restriction in the preceding 90 days. It also sets a minimum age of 16 for streaming. Check the channel’s current status before scheduling a long-running broadcast.

Create the stream and protect its key
- Open YouTube Studio’s Live Control Room. Create or schedule a stream, then set its title, visibility, and other details.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key. In the stream’s encoder settings, use the URL and key provided for that stream. YouTube’s live-stream management guidance explains the relevant stream settings.
- Keep the key private. Treat it like a password. Anyone with access to it may be able to send video to your stream; reset it if it is exposed.
YouTube’s encoder guidance documents the connection to the live stream, but the exact playlist-loop controls depend on the encoder or playout system you choose. Follow that software’s current instructions rather than assuming a particular menu or button is available.

Feed a repeating program to YouTube
- Prepare a cleared playlist. Include only tracks and visuals for which you have the permissions described above. Arrange the order and transitions in the encoder or playout system.
- Enable repeat or looping in that system. Choose the playlist or program as the input and set it to repeat continuously. Exact control names and behavior vary by software; consult its documentation for whether it repeats a single item, the whole playlist, or both.
- Connect to the YouTube stream. Enter the stream URL and key from Live Control Room, then start sending the program.
- Check the output in YouTube Studio. Confirm that video and audio are present, and monitor stream health and copyright warnings. Keep an eye on the broadcast after starting rather than assuming it will run unattended.
- Choose the archive policy deliberately. If you keep the replay, make sure your rights cover that additional exposure. Review any claims on the archived broadcast after the stream ends.
YouTube’s guidance supports encoder-based streaming; it does not establish the loop controls of every third-party encoder. Verify the repeat behavior in the specific software you use before relying on it for continuous playback.

For a cleared playlist, StreamNeo can keep a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos without leaving a home computer running. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live; the service loops the uploaded program from the cloud and automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. It plays uploaded videos, not a live camera feed, and streams to YouTube.

- YouTube shows a copyright warning or placeholder. Stop the affected material and review the alert. Confirm the rights cover livestreaming and ask the rights holder about Content ID allowlisting; a license alone may not prevent interruption.
- The stream starts but does not repeat. Check the encoder or playout system’s repeat mode and whether it is set to repeat the entire playlist rather than just one item. The exact control is software-specific.
- The encoder cannot connect. Recheck that the stream URL and key match the stream in Live Control Room. If the key may have been exposed, reset it and update the encoder.
- The channel cannot start a live stream. Check verification and whether a live-stream restriction applies within the preceding 90 days; also confirm the streamer meets YouTube’s stated minimum age.
- A claim appears after the broadcast. Review the archived stream and the rights granted for replay. YouTube says claims on archived live streams can arrive after the stream has ended.
Keep the music program within YouTube’s rules
Rights clearance and technical setup solve different problems: the encoder can repeat a playlist, but only valid permissions authorize the songs and visuals. A cleared playlist, appropriate Content ID handling, a protected stream key, and active monitoring are all necessary parts of a dependable, compliant broadcast.
