To repeat recorded exam review videos, first open the live-stream replay if the channel has posted one. Then use YouTube’s playlist Loop control to replay the whole playlist, or the player’s Loop control to repeat just one video. A live broadcast is different: its DVR controls let you pause or rewind, not loop a saved playlist.
First, make sure the live stream has a replay
A YouTube live broadcast does not automatically become a replay you can loop. YouTube says, “Once a live stream is over, a channel may post highlights or a replay of the stream on their channel.” If the channel has posted the replay and added it to a playlist, open that video from the playlist. If no replay is available, there is no recorded video to repeat yet. YouTube Help: Learn about live streams.

Loop the playlist or just one review video
Choose the control based on what you want to repeat: playlist looping moves through the playlist again, while single-video looping repeats only the current item. YouTube’s documented controls vary by device and interface. YouTube Help: loop controls on a computer.
On a computer: repeat the whole playlist
- Open a replay that belongs to the playlist.
- Expand the playlist panel beside the video.
- Select Loop in the playlist box. YouTube will cycle through the playlist.
On a computer: repeat one video
- Right-click the video player.
- Select Loop from the player menu.
On Android
- Start playing the playlist.
- In the playlist control box beneath the video, tap Loop to repeat the playlist.
- To repeat only the current video, tap the Loop control again until a “1” appears on its icon.
These are YouTube’s documented Android controls; placement can differ across app versions. YouTube Help: loop controls on Android.

On a TV or game console

Control placement and indicators depend on the device interface; use the on-screen state to confirm whether the playlist or current item is repeating. YouTube Help: loop videos or playlists.
What to do while the stream is still live
DVR applies to an ongoing broadcast, not a saved playlist. When available, it lets viewers pause, rewind, and resume the stream. You cannot seek to a point before the stream began, and YouTube says DVR may be limited or unavailable for streams longer than 12 hours; some devices and older app versions have lower limits. Or let it run in the cloud
If you are the channel owner and want uploaded exam review recordings to run as a continuous YouTube live stream, StreamNeo is a separate option from looping a replay in the viewer. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live; StreamNeo loops the uploaded videos in the cloud, so your computer and home connection do not have to stay on. It does not broadcast from a camera.
