If you want to repeat a regional-language playlist while watching YouTube, open a video in that playlist and turn on Loop in the playlist controls. That repeats playback for you; it does not start a YouTube Live broadcast. If you want to broadcast music as a live stream, you need a streaming method and the necessary rights to use every track.
Loop a playlist while watching YouTube
The Loop control repeats playback for the person watching. On desktop it is in the playlist panel; on Android it is in the playlist control box. The control is separate from YouTube’s live-streaming features.

On a computer
- Open a video that belongs to the playlist you want to repeat.
- Expand the playlist panel if it is collapsed.
- Click Loop in the playlist box. YouTube will repeat the playlist during playback.
On Android
- Start a video that is part of the playlist.
- Tap Loop in the playlist control box to repeat the playlist.
- If you want to repeat only the current video rather than the whole playlist, tap Loop again to select the one-video repeat state.
Repeating the playlist and repeating a single video are different settings. These steps control playback; they do not make the playlist public as a live broadcast.
If you mean broadcasting the playlist as YouTube Live
YouTube describes mobile, webcam, encoder, and console as live-streaming methods. Its reviewed instructions do not document a native workflow that turns the playlist’s Loop control into a live broadcast. Choose a streaming method based on the device and production workflow you intend to use; the available instructions do not establish that one method is best for every creator.

- Mobile: YouTube lists mobile as a live-streaming route. Playlist looping is a separate playback feature.
- Webcam: YouTube’s computer webcam route requires a webcam. That requirement applies to this route, not to playlist looping.
- Encoder: YouTube lists an encoder as a live-streaming method; the reviewed material does not describe it as a playlist-loop feature.
- Console: YouTube also lists console streaming. The reviewed instructions do not explain a playlist-to-live workflow for consoles.
Do not assume that a public YouTube playlist is cleared for rebroadcast. A playlist can be available to watch while its tracks still require separate rights for use in a live stream.
Check music rights before you broadcast
YouTube says live streams are scanned for third-party content. If copyrighted material remains after a warning, a stream may be interrupted or terminated. A licence to use a track may not by itself prevent a Content ID interruption: YouTube says the rights owner may also need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Territory restrictions alone do not ensure that a stream will continue.

YouTube’s live-stream terms place responsibility on the content provider to have the necessary rights, including music licensing rights, and to meet applicable requirements in the stream territory. The official material does not establish whether any particular regional-language song is cleared for your intended live use in India. Check the rights for each recording and the relevant permissions before streaming; do not infer permission from the language, playlist visibility, or availability of a track on YouTube.
YouTube’s Creator Music guidance says its tracks are for long-form videos and cannot be used in live streams. It describes Creator Music as available to U.S. creators in the YouTube Partner Program, with expansion to YPP creators outside the U.S. pending. It is therefore not a way to clear a live playlist from India on the basis of that guidance.
